CVS

I could not get my rewards account to come up on the self checkout and it was extremely frustrating. However, the young lady that was working did not hesitate to stop and help me. She was very kind and attentive. She made my experience so much better!!

We came to Phoenix from the UK and needed a few snacks and things for a hike we were going to do. We went into CVS via the back entrance. We were welcomed in by the friendliest most welcoming member of staff ever. His name was Danny. Danny couldn’t do enough to help us, getting a shopping trolley (cart) and also assisting with where everything was as it was unfamiliar to us. He was so cheery and friendly and really enhanced my experience of buying goods and he cheered up my day. I hope that CVS employees will know how good Danny is and give him a big pat on the shoulder for being a great employee and enhancing customer experience. Thanks!

Very nice employees. The security guard offered to watch the scooter I brought in and the pharmacist even gave my dog some treats

The staff in this pharmacy are so much more than amazing. Jenny is so sweet and really pushed to help me fix a prescription situation (not at the fault of the pharmacy at all). She was so kind and wonderful with communicating. She remembered me each time we spoke and was so patient with me. I am so thankful to be able to get my prescriptions from this location. Truly amazing.

Edit! It has been 5 months and Jenny is still my go-to. So wonderful and honest. All of the staff is delightful, but Jenny is MY pharmacist and I couldn't be more thankful!

Love the pharmacy staff. They greet you by name and are very fast in filling my prescriptions. Also, regular store checkout is very fast when you use the 5 or 6 self checkout stations Cityscape inside entrance. There is always someone right there to help when needed. Every worker you see greets you and are ready to assist.

One of the best CVS locations I have been to! The staff was very helpful, and they are a pretty large store. They have a pharmacy which is convenient, and frankly unexpected since this is a downtown location so I thought they might be limited due to space, but they're not. Great Christmas selection and fully stocked on paper products...for now lol!

I had an amazing experience at this CVS. Namely at the pharmacy where the manager really helped me out and went above and beyond to get my dad a lower prescription price and she was easily the most knowledgeable pharmacist I've encountered. Wonderful!

There is a particular employee who is the best example of good customer service I've encountered in recent memory. He has long brown hair and I think his name is Blake. Anyway, he is always extremely friendly and pleasant, to the point that I felt the need to write a review. Hopefully someone in charge sees this and gives him a raise or something.

I love this downtown CVS. All the employees are very customer orientated .One in particular (Blake) is very friendly , patient and helpful. He is truly an example of having outstanding customer service interaction 👍. Keep up the good work Blake!!!

You Guys Joke About CVS now, and let it Go Into Decline. I want medical Supplies this winter tho. If Downtown is careless enough to Let CVS fall prey like WalGreen then I shall Take Lil' CVS under my wing for now. Just to Let people know that Vaccines may seem Stupid Now, but these winters will get Cold Fast. =^-^= Time to Shop for Cheapest Prices at CVS and At Walgreens Locally... This CVS is the only thing that made my time in downtown Phoenix tolerable. Go here to buy your essentials without getting ripped off. Friendly service too.

It is such a relief to see a store that doesn't gouge you with "downtown prices" on simple foods and drinks. Considering how condense downtown Phoenix is, making a trip out here for a lunch break is within a very reasonable walking distance.
