Les provides great service for our commercial account. I walked in early on a Saturday with a small issue and and Rich was able to get it handled. Very happy this team is there to help with auto parts needs and great customer service. Thank you Les. THANK YOU RICH!

I am a single woman and I am absolutely clueless about car parts. I went in to advance auto parts by myself and had an entire shopping list of parts that I needed. A man by the name of Rich, helped me. I didn’t feel judged or pressured. He was so kind and helpful and respectful. I absolutely will be returning there for any future car needs. Rich was amazing. he even labeled my bags for me so that I knew which parts went to which car. He was amazing.

I only dealt with one gentleman there. He acted like he didn't know anything but I'm here to tell you he could sure figure it out pretty quick! He even directed an employee on a register problem and helped a female customer about a small question plus during my time there purchasing exhaust items coming in and out to make sure I was getting the right parts he was stocking shelves and not one time did I feel abandoned by him. Now that to me is the type of man advance should advance! And pay attention to. That was Wednesday between 11 and 1 pm sept 1 2021. I don't know his name but he was definitely why I'll return to that store.

My visit here was great. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and they had everything I was looking for. I came in to pick up some refrigerant to recharge my A/C system, and I was also able to get some new light bulbs I've been forgetting about. Would definitely be coming here again.

Wonderful! Staff were incredibly helpful with finding the right parts. Even offered to put my windshield wipers on for me!

Woke up to 90° by 9 am. Car ac was blowing hot! I visited needing to purchase A/C Recharge. The employee was very helpful and then the manager even came out and helped me do it! Now I’m drinking in 100° weather and actually enjoying it! Thanks!

My husband and I were talking about a filter my car needs and he said he has been going to Advance on Lemay instead of the two shops on Baptist Church because everyone at Advance has been very helpful! That's unusual in this world now! Good job!

These guys on Lemay Ferry are always patient, friendly, and helpful. They are my first stop when that warning light comes up on my dash and my only stop for parts. I feel confident recommending them.

Advance Auto Parts in my neighborhood has some helpful and knowledgeable employees. But mostly I go just to find something new for my ride. Store is highly recommended by me!

My car started acting funny and the engine lights lit up like a Christmas tree on my drive home, so I limped it in to have the codes read and see what to do. They were very helpful and had loaner tools so that I could take care of the problem right there and then. Would recommend.

Close by to where I live. The employees there have been helpful in getting me the parts I need or locating them on the shelf on the floor for me. They have also been helpful in trouble shooting issues with my car and narrowing down the possible problems.

Descent parts, great staff,had ordered a special tool i needed for a ford.It came the day they said it would only when i got it home it was not the right part.So took it back a few hours later, there was a mix up and the dude apologized and threw me a monster on the house.I will definitely do more business with these gentlemen.
