Great customer service! I had no clue what I was looking for or needed and I believe his name was Gabriel was extremely patient with me and very helpful! I will be continuing to do business there.

Staff here was super friendly. Store was well stocked and convenient location.

Grandson wanted to spend his birthday money at Game Stop. He bought the Nintendo game he wanted. He was happy as he paid for it. Went home and started played. The sale people were very good and directed him to the kind of game he wanted. He left happy as can be!

I cannot give Michael enough praise because I had NO IDEA that GameStop still had GameInformer. I gave him my phone number and mentioned I hate the GameStop subscription since they got rid of GameInformer (I was cancelled since 2010 due to that) - he told us that game informer is still a thing and handed us a fresh copy!

He went above and beyond to recommend things to us! Loved his personality and everything about the experience. I picked up KOTOR 2 for my new switch. Michael and I both raved over how great of a game it used to be!

We ended up purchasing several other items at the time as well, and both the employees were so helpful!

We recently moved to Sumter, but the kindness and the genuine care from Michael and his coworker was so refreshing! I cannot give them a better review. They both rock!

I have not had such a genuinely nice experience at GameStop since the early 2000s and this far exceeded that!

In the time I've been living in Sumter, this store never ceases to keep me away for long. Not just for the nice selection and walk-in deals, but for the friendly staff who have been very helpful no matter the event.

Every time I came here with a question or issue, the attentive staff showed empathy and kindness when helping me understand and resolve concerns (even after finding out that some of the mistakes were mine 🤣).

I've gotten good response speeds anytime I've called out of busy times, but busy with that store can change like the weather. If they don't pick up the first few rings, I normally wait a bit before I call back.

I'm thankful for this store being here, it's helped me walk away from online gaming orders and be a bit more social. Even if it's just to talk about games and think less of outside stress, that's what going to a store like this used to be about anyway.

Finally git my Xbox Series X. They had a big drop here but the local store was ready and very organized. In and out in less than 15 min. Rusty is a great manager.

I enjoy visiting this store . They always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Plus they had more to chose from.

Their customer service is impeccable. The manager had a really good customer service attitude and it reflects in his co-workers. They take of you after the sale.

Clean store, lots of clearance. Looks like they're going out of business (as it should, lol). Picked up a black series incinerator stormtrooper helmet for $90. And a whole bunch of little things for like $5 a piece.

Sons' xbox head set broke. Couldn't find the receipt, but cashier found the extended warranty in thier system. Quick and easy.
