Hi Folks,

I just wanted to take a moment to express our extreme gratitude for one of your employees that went above and beyond to replace the battery in our car and get us to work. Chuck helped us for two cars now. Selecting the best replacement batteries and offering advise on installing them. Our car died and had to get jumped to get to your store. Chuck took us out of a panic and helped us obtain a new battery and get to work with the auto dealer said they couldn't see us for a least a week. Thank you to Chuck for going above and beyond!

Adam was absolutely amazing! I had license plate screws that couldn't come off and, not only did he help advise me get them off, he offered to come out and help me. Adam, you are simply amazing! Thank you, so much, for everything you did! You are a true asset to the company! :)

Went in on a rainy day to get new windshield wipers. Adam at the checkout counter was friendly, informative, and even came out in the rain to help install our new blades! Quick, efficient, and very friendly service. Will definitely be going back!

Stopped in at 8pm tonight to get some parts to try and get my son’s truck fixed down at URI. Ray was more than helpful- even offering us tools to borrow! He was knowledgeable and got us what we needed. I hope O’Reilly’s sees what an asset he is. Thanks Ray!

I stopped into my local store on Cowesett Avenue. I’ve never had a better experience at an auto parts store. My car was not starting and after talking to Ray and Chuck, we determined the problem was my battery. Very friendly very knowledgeable and very customer oriented as far as I can tell. I will definitely be returning here for any more automotive means!

Ray provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. He took the time to help me figure out the exact issue my truck was facing, find the part I needed and even helped me with a quick install. The amount of time and money he helped me save by avoiding an appointment at the mechanics is much appreciated. I’ll definitely be back

I recently needed to do brakes and rotors on my truck and went to oreilleys to get what I needed. I bought tools and parts and after hearing that I had never done brakes or rotors before an associate named Chuck told me that after he left work he would give me a hand if I was having trouble. I took his phone number. Later I would find out I need more parts and had the truck apart. I called and he had them sent to me . After work he came through as he said he would. He helped me get the job done and asked nothing for it. I don’t know of many people that are as willing to help a stranger but I am very grateful. Thanks so much again Chuck!

I went in the store to see if they sold anything to patch a hole in my tire and the employee there was very helpful with explaining which product would help the best and how they work. The employee went above and beyond with explaining how to use the product I bought. Amazing service

CHUCK gave EXCELLENT customer service, I left my keys in my car, he drove to my families home to help, where I was able to get it on my own but he still drove out. This is why I continue to go back to O’Reilly Auto Parts regardless of location, I’m from Indiana so to experience customer service from somewhere other than home is amazing. His customer service, friendly service and kind heart didn’t go unnoticed.

Was great but I just joined the rewards program and just celebrated my 63rd on Feb 29th will I get pts or whatever get still,I use this company all the time for my needs,and did not know about the rewards program
