I checked out Saladworks for the first time today, in search of something healthy and low carb to eat. The Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Salad was great! I was able to tweak the ingredients a bit and customize to my liking. There are low carb dressing options if you ask (lite ranch and Greek vinaigrette to name a few). Justine was friendly, personable, and super helpful. I highly recommend Saladworks if you’re looking for a healthy and delicious option!

Great service, clean and the prices are reasonable too. I am so happy I found this place! It is difficult to find a fast food that is healthy. The salad was fresh and the soup was great too! Definitely worth going!

this was great food. boy behind counter was nice and put in good effort with food. portions of salad was gigantanorphus. IT CAME WITH NICE WARM BREAD TOO🤑

I finally tried Saladworks a few months ago, amd they did not disappoint! I had been looking for healthy options around my area that would not break the bank. I have been on a weight loss journey and Saladworks has helped me lose and keep the last 35lbs off. I'm so thankful for there amazing recipes, great quality of food, awesome staff and atmosphere, and above all - they have great prices ! I highly recommend this location to everyone! They also don't charge extra to make your own meal! ♥😊

Great salad made by nice people! Delicious and filling with fresh ingredients. Generous portions. Better than other “fast food” chains. 1st time here and will try wraps next! Glad we found it!

I never do reviews but I was so impressed with one employee today, I feel the need to share my experience. This was first time at Salad Works; obviously popular for lunch takeout. When I arrived, the store received a huge lunch order and 1 employee was preparing it. She was extremely frustrated, verbally and physically. It was the other employee that held everything together. She offfered constant words of encouragement, physically patted the frustrated employee’s back, went out back to get extra help, and attended to all the other customers with much grace and attention. I wish I got her name.
The date was 2/29/24 and address is Bald Hill Road, warwick RI. This service worker is dark skinned and she carried a sense of calm and incredible customer attentiveness. Kudos to her. I hope her managers recognize how her people skills made this first visit to Salad Works an incredible experience for me in recognizing valuable people skills.

I couldn’t express enough how awesome the ladies in the morning are! Made my whole week with the good customer service and just patience for me since it was my first time in! Definitely going to be a regular customer now. Steph & Tanya, you guys rock!

I read the reviews before going here because I’ve never been before, and was a little worried about trying it out due to the negative reviews. However, I’m shocked they didn’t have more stars for their rating. My salad was great! I ordered the Asian Crispy Chicken Salad, and it was full of flavor and fresh. The portions are big, which was great because normally when I order a salad somewhere they overcharge for the tiniest thing, and you end up still hungry. You get what you pay for here, and get full off a hearty salad. I did an online order for pick up, and I did not interact with staff so I can’t speak about that. My total was about $12 and change for just a salad, I didn’t alter the salad in anyway, just as is.
The only downside is they should serve the salad with a bigger thing of dressing considering the size of the salad. Other then that, it was very good!

Tanya was so amazing she had such a good attitude and was so helpful. She never once got frustrated and had a smile on her face the whole time!! I’ve never had such a great experience and food!!

I visit the Warwick RI location several times a week. I’m greeted with a friendly smile from Tonya and excellent service from her every time! Excellent customer service Tonya!😊

i had lunch today with my daughter @ the Baldhill Rd store in Warwick Ri & i have to day the food was amazing. Loaded potato soup & buffalo chick salad is my new favorite. The place was clean & everyone had smiles .. we will definitely be returning 👍
