Our experience with Cricket phones and workers is why we are no longer with them. Their people are acting like they have better things to do rather than help their customers. Even when no one is in the store they would rather talk amongst themselves than to answer questions about their products. When you do get some help, they always tell you the product you want is no good and push you for the higher cost phone. If they are so bad, why sell them. There has to be so.ething good about them if you are continually sell them. As for getting help (once you buy), forget it. You are made to feel dumb. They fix it without showing you what they did so you won't have to go back to them. Stay away.

I was greeted promptly by a very friendly and extremely knowledgeable employee, Jazmine. She helped me with the many questions I had plus offered me information that I had not even thought to ask!! I had been to a different location prior to this visit and was not informed of any of the great offers Jazmine helped me with! Highly recommend this location for everyone! Ask for the knowledgeable and friendly Jazmine!
