Service is amazing, Don helped us with our phone upgrades and answered all our questions for our plan. Business picked up a little after we arrived but Don did great making sure we were being helped and everything went by without hassle and in a timely manner! Definitely recommended coming here for your phone needs!

Went to the Verizon store in Cherry Hill to change my wireless plan. Donavan helped me and was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. My options were explained in detail by Donavan and he was helpful with all of my questions which made my visit seamless. Kudos to Donavan!

I had the opportunity to work with a wonderful sales person today named Justin at the Cherry Hill Springdale location. My situation was extremely complicated with many exchanges, Upgrades etc. He was beyond patient and kind. He explained every detail of every item that I was looking to purchase as well as what the price difference would be on my bill. He did not rush me and was very informative throughout the entire process. Verizon is lucky to have an employee such as Justin on their team because he is the type of person that makes your business grow. In my opinion he deserves a huge raise and a big hooray. Thank you Justin for all of your help!

This location is the best Verizon store around. They spend enough time with you to make sure that you understand your plan and all of the devices. Never a surprise when the bill comes due. Drew is very professional and honest.

Justin was very patient and helpful when I first came in with the scratched camera lens and when I came in to transfer data. He helped me enter the claim on the first visit and set up the new phone when I came back. He is terrific!

Excellent service provided by Donovan. He was efficient and informative & helped me choose a new internet plan. In all the years of having Verizon Dsl as my internet carrier, No other representative took the time to advise me of other options. I was prepared to cancel my internet service but thanks to him I've retained Verizon as my carrier!!!
