Watches of Switzerland

I worked with Chris at the Marlton Watches of Switzerland location, and could not recommend him enough! I went to the store on 1/6 to send a watch off for service, and decided to take a look around the store while I was waiting. I wound up trying on a few watches but had my heart set on trying on a blue 41 Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra.

While this location does not have a section set aside for Omega, Chris made sure that they would get one in specifically for me to try on and see it on my wrist. In less than 1 week, the watch was in store and I was able to come in and see it same day. Chris reached out to me along the way making sure to bring in the exact style I wanted, sending me links to make sure they got the right one in for me.

When I came in to try it on, the pictures I saw online do not do this watch and dial justice and knew that I had to purchase it and walk out with it that day. The full AD experience, including a celebratory drink and getting it perfectly sized for my wrist, followed. Chris's professionalism, and our shared excitement for watches made conversation flow easily. Whenever I am in the market for my next watch, I'm going to stop by Watches of Switzerland in Marlton and see Chris.

I had an appointment today with Sara at the Marlton location. I’m looking into buying my first high end watch. Sara, and the rest of the staff were very friendly. Taking my coat and offering refreshments even before talking business.

Sara knew everything about the watch I was looking at. She put my mind at ease about the process. Buying a new Rolex can be a challenge. But there was no pressure here. It was a completely enjoyable experience.

I’m now in the pool for the exact watch I want and Watches of Switzerland, with Sara’s assistance, has me closer to that milestone. Thank you.

The staff were very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make it a special event for our son, who received a watch for his birthday. We hope to return in the future!

Watches Of Switzerland in Marlton is an absolutely amazing store for all your watch and jewelry needs! The staff is so courteous and down to earth! I’ve been working with Laura for the past few years and she is beyond polite and so friendly an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have been approaching 40 for this past few years and turning the big 4-0 this year. It’s been my dream to own a Rolex and show my kids if you work hard enough you can achieve anything. I’m hoping I can purchase a Batman GMT on a jubilee bracelet to celebrate such a big birthday and Laura is always available to chat and keep me informed. I’ll be stopping in next week to visit and hopefully pick up a Mother’s Day present for the wife. But hands down this is the place you want to bring your business.

Bought my first Rolex from Watches of Switzerland in Marlton, NJ a couple weeks back and had an excellent experience. Shout out to sales associate Laura and manager Mitchell who were both amazing.

I have had such a great experience at this WoS location. I’ve been a collector for years and felt very disenfranchised with many locations in this area, even despite significant purchase history at other stores. I always felt like a second rate client and never valued. This isn’t at all my experience here. Courtney M is my salesperson and both her and all the staff make me and my family feel so welcomed every time we come in. We talk about our families, our interests, and she remembers details I’ve told her that make us feel like we are truly a valued customer. I was able to pick up a timepiece I had been looking for for years, with no purchase history. They’ve got a repeat customer here for sure and I can’t recommend them enough

Watches of Switzerland (Marlton NJ) has made our dreams come true! The professionalism, kindness and commitment to service was beyond any expectation we could ever hope for. David B. is “THE MAN” and I have so much fun every time I visit the store. Who knew just browsing two years ago would turn into a true jeweler/customer relationship! My husband and I have our dream HIS and HERS Rolex’s and beautiful unique jewelry pieces to boot! I would recommend this store to anyone!!! I travel 3 hours to get here and will do so again and again! David and his team are just that good!!! The service is remarkable!!!

Laura is the most stunning person when it comes to customer service!! She went above and beyond everytime I have visited this store over the past 4 years. She helped me get the mother of pearl diamonds Everose date-just and two-tone gold diamond date-just with black dial in a reasonable time frame. Always open with communication and this Rolex store is overall a great place to be 😍🎉

WOS staff is the best that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. From, David (GM), Mitch (SM) and then my one and only Courtney M. She is the best, Courtney goes above and beyond to make things happen. And SHE DID. From my new Bat-Girl to my fluted jubilee ring. And a BIG BONUS, a 31mm fluted date just for my lady.

Working with Charles Ehly on the process to purchase a Rolex was a pure pleasure. He explained the process, we tried on watches, he made a list of my favorites. After a short wait, the watch of my dreams became available and was ready for me to purchase. Charles and the staff, made this a quick and professional purchase. They cleaned my wife’s wedding rings and made us comfortable while we waited. Top Notch customer service. Highly recommend Charles and the staff for those looking to make watch or jewelry purchases. Great experience overall and I left with a new Doxa Sub 300 Carbon. The store is full of nice watches and they do a nice job creating an atmosphere that is luxurious but also light and laid back. Employees know their stuff, including technical details and history of brands and models (if you're into that kind of stuff). Laura, Chris and Mitch were knowledgeable and kind. I look forward to working with them on more watch purchases in the future and hopefully a fancy 40th birthday present for myself.

Came to town to visit the family. Stop by the store while getting our car charged. I was surprised that there were few models available for sale which not usually happen in other cities. As I always wanted the OP in black dial when I saw the datejust36 in the black which look similar to that OP, I could not let go. It was my first time visiting this store. Charles was very welcoming and helpful since we first walked in. He walked us to the Rolex section. It was a good impression and I know that today I will get the watch home. Not forget to mention the other staffs that work in a team very well. They help each other assist customers. Getting drink, packing and others. They are all professional and friendly. The manager also seems nice. It was such a great shopping experience. We brought 2 datejust36 back home and decided to take our uncle and aunt back again to get their first Rolex. We celebrated their special day together. Thank you for the champagne!

I can’t say thank you enough to the incredible team (and especially Charles), who helped make the experience of purchasing our first Rolex truly magical. We walked in expecting to visit a few different locations to try on various models, given the shortage. However, this location had many pieces on display and Charles provided top-notch service, answering all of our questions and helping us pick out my fiancé’s dream watch. Then, as we were expecting to wait at least 6 months for a call, Charles and the manager surprises us with the exact watch to take home that day! Needless to say, we said YES and even celebrated with some champagne. This has - by far - been the best experience we’ve had with a jeweler, and we hope to be back as we continue to build out our collection. A huge thanks to the team - the hour-long drive to come to this location was more than worth it.

For the past three years, Laura has been my personal jeweler, and she has been nothing short of amazing. I never had a relationship with any jeweler before Laura, so I didn’t know what to expect. She has over the years assisted my family and I in acquiring some exquisite watches that, before entering this shop for the first time, I could only ever dream of owning. She has not only sold me some beautiful watches, but she also goes above and beyond by offering to clean them, giving me and even my dog treats and beverages, and generally making me feel welcome each and every time I came here, regardless of how busy they were. Additionally, there was never any pressure to make a purchase. Even if all I wanted to do was stop by and have a quick look around, check what was new, or just chat and catch up on life, she always made me feel welcomed.

Laura was my go-to, although Mitch, Sara, Courtney, Gen, Ryan, David, Charlie, and former employees have always been kind to me. If other businesses want to know what superior customer service looks like, they should borrow a page from the Marlton Watches of Switzerland playbook. It’s no surprise that I’ve become a ‘regular’ here because I absolutely adore this location.

Unfortunately, I will be moving soon, and it would be an understatement to say that I will miss coming here. The good news is I have these watches as a memento of my time spent living here in NJ.

Exemplary service from Chris! He was polite, courteous and patient. He took his time to understand my needs what I wanted and made great recommendations. My experience with Chris was the best customer service/sales I have ever had.

We have had the pleasure of purchasing watches from Watches of Switzerland on more than one occasion, and each time the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Charles was especially helpful, knowledgeable, and patient guiding us in our watch journey. Most importantly Charles and Watches of Switzerland were instrumental in making the exchange of "watches" instead of "rings" for our marriage a dream come true.

David is really wonderful in acquiring the time piece that I dream of. They don't play this stupid games by some rolex ADs that you have to have purchase history before you can get this rolex watches. I never had a purchase history in this place but took my chances. I got my 1st rolex for my dad back in march 2023. Went back in june for a jewelry for my s/o and got this grail last month. Just be sincere in what you want and they will deliver. I had been to at least 6 different AD's for rolex here in NJ and they're the only one that gave me a response, hence they get my loyalty. Thank you again.
