I generally always have a great experience at Hibbett Sports. (Shawnee, Ok location). I go in ask for what I need and I’m usually in and out. Employees have always been attentive and proactive.

I went to the midwest city location got my wife some stuff for her bday, I returned them yesterday with no problem for diffraction size as I was leaving I noticed the 260 worth of stuff we returned was in the bag so I turned around and said hey I think you forgot to take the old stuff out and she was like like oh sorry, like no ty for not keeping it or nothing. Idk. I would've been appreciative if an honest customer returned your mistakes. Just saying
