Best Buy

The store is very clean and the staff greeks you while inntering the store I always go into Best Buy for 1 itema and end up buying more that I went in to purchase

It is always times like these i wish i had the writing skills of an author. I have to say, this store lives up to the name Bestbuy, because i had a great buying experience. I always feel like i always have a great experience shopping in this store or picking up an online order, which they cut the hour "ready for pickup" estimated wait time in half. Multiple employees asked politely if i needed assistance with anything, which i didnt (i was just browsing)
Then assured me that if i did to just find them or another employee and they'd be glad to help; then left me to browse the clean well organized stock. Bestbuy is definately one of my favorite stores to shop for electronics.
Update: still great. The sale on HP right now looks to be a good deal!

My husband had checked prices on the Internet for a new phone for me. I needed to replace it because my battery had swollen from my mistake only having felt it in our car on Summer Day in Mississippi, USA. We went to Best Buy in Pearl. The cellar phones were right there near the entrance. We had just looked at one phone and a young lady was right there to assist us. He had written a short lists of what he wanted to purchase . The Employee was excellent . She knew exactly where everything on my husband's list was. She found everything in record time and rang up everything and we left the store in a short period of time. She made our shopping experience so pleasant by her knowledge and customer Service was excellent. We will not hesitate to go there again!

I have limited mobility and got immediate help from Lewis at the front desk. What I needed was in the rear of the store, they were my shopping legs. The woke hiring policy is clearly evident, there is little diversity. But I received good help

Chris was super helpful today. He was extremely knowledgeable in helping find the right iPad for our needs at a great price. Would definitely recommend going to see Chris for all of your Apple needs!

Best Buy had exactly what I wanted and needed for our oldest son's new apartment at Mississippi State University. He has 2 great roommates and they are all heavy Internet and local connectivity users and so wanted a strong fast Wi-Fi router. ASUS RT-AX82U was the one I wanted and Best Buy had it for me at s very good price!

The employees are always helpful. It was a lady in the computer sales area who helped me so much until I wanted to tip her, but she nicely declined. She told me she was just doing what Bestbuy hired her to do! It's hard to get service lioe that now a days!

Unfortunately they no longer had My Laptop Cord, that I needed, Because Mine was stolen! But I had my original box, I bought it from Best Buy!

Great experience getting a TV replaced under a manufacturer warranty. I called the company and they had Josh out in less than 24 hours to diagnose my issue. He and his teammate were so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I had a new TV within 48 hours. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes taking my tv back and getting a new one. The in store employees were so nice, too. Thank you!

Best Buy always has good stuff and it's usually a display to put hands on... love that.

Great! We always find exactly what we're looking for here, and the employees are very friendly. The buy online, pick up in store feature is quite useful and makes shopping from them a breeze. Sure, it may be sometimes more expensive than Walmart's electronics section, but you get what you pay for and the highest quality products can be found here. Highly recommend!

They had two of the three toner cartridges I needed. I had to drive to Madison for the third cartridge. Employees were super friendly and helpful even though I knew what I needed and where it was, lol. I still let him help me

I believe so its only one place which one got everything for your device or game console ,I using a lot best buy store and all that stuff my phone TV game console. etc. From the best buy ,I'm trying to say its good store strong 5 !..

Great shopping experience today. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. I went down the isle for my item and was immediately asked if I needed assistance from the sales associate. He helped me make my selection. Once I chose my item he walked me to the front of the store and checked me out. Hands down the best shopping experience to date. Update: still same great shopping experience today. Keep up the good work guys.
