CVS

Both my boyfriend and I got our booster shots today! The young man (who's name I can not remember) who administered the shot was so nice and informative! He said he was a student at musc. And I hate taking shots but I didn't feel a thing! Thank you so much!

I love Harborview CVS! Aldo, the pharmacist, and Peter at the front checkout, along with the rest of the staff are great and helpful. I recommend the CVS App, so you can save a tree. The receipts are a mile long with coupons. You get more coupons on the app anyways.

i like the gentleman who gave excellent customer service and discussed noxzema with me.

Phone accessories are a little pricey but the store is well maintained and clean

The people in the pharmacy are SO RUDE. I have been treated with such disrespect and downright rudeness for no reason on too many occasions that I am finally fed up enough to leave a negative review. We use this pharmacy purely out of convenience but today is the last time.

I have never felt so uncomfortable shopping at a CVS. I don't know if he is a manager or just wants to be one, but a man named Peter that works here put his hands on a young child, restrained him and accused him of stealing. I saw this all happen and the child was not stealing anything. He was picking items up off the shelf and placing them back after he was done. Something I think is typical of a child to do in a store. This man should be ashamed of himself to put his hands on someone's child the way he did. If I were that parent, I would press charges against Peter for this. Absolutely unacceptable. If you want your children safe, don't take them to this establishment.

Consistently rude and unhelpful pharmacists. Switching to

Was disappointed my wife who needed insulin was kept waiting 30 minutes because the 1 pharmacist was busy. She had not had insulin for 36 hours. The pharmacists did get excited when I shared this fact with her and that I was displeased she was kept waiting so long!

Convenient based on location and everyone seems warm and welcoming…except Peter who claimed to be the manager and would rather hang up on one of his customers than have an intelligent conversation or clean his disgusting stained carpeting (vomit stains?). Shelves are missing quite a bit of stock and prices are higher than Walgreens which is hard to imagine. Guessing issues are due to poor communications from management.

The pharmacy staff used to be great, but not any more. I used to go for convenience and the nice people who work there, but plan on changing my primary pharmacy because it is so bad now.

I rarely take the time to write poor reviews on local businesses, but this pharmacy is just so bad that I feel like people should be warned. It is right across the street from my house, but it’s that bad that I have gone elsewhere. There’s literally an issue every time I have had to pick up a prescription. I’ve seen the pharmacy closed when it is supposed to be open, scripts not filled after I received a text saying it was filled, and prescriptions not filled the day they were supposed to, THEN showing up the next day after being reassured they would be filled by the pharmacist only to show up again with no script ready. I am confident at this point I will save time driving further to another pharmacy rather than spending another minute wasted on this one. Hopefully management or CVS wakes up and does something about this awful store.

Nice pharmacists, but RUDE employees know nothing about their jobs. Hang up on me most of the time. Never a smile. I just reported them to both the pharm on duty and corporate. Are they on work-release? All tatted up and pierced!
