Great customer service today and every-time I’ve been in there. Can usually find a comparable or better deal than Amazon. The gentleman with brown hair is always friendly and helpful.

Went in today for the Buy 2 get 1 sale, asked the worker a lot of questions and got really helpful feedback and great deals!

The clerk who helped me today was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and guided me toward the products that I most needed without trying to upsell on stuff I didn’t. This will be my regular nutrition spot from now on!

Went in today just to browse and see what was new in the world of supplements. Fact is, not much. Bald big gentleman behind the counter was very friendly. We had a great conversation about supplements. He didn’t once try to oversell me or push me into buying things I didn’t need. I told him what I was currently using and he told me that there wasn’t much more I could take that would make a difference. Was a refreshing breath of fresh air to not be hassled! Will return when I need to restock.

Stopped in today to grab something for the first time. I wasn’t super impressed by the amount of assistance I received, but who knows what kind of serious fitness junkies come in here and know exactly where everything is. I had no clue where to find what I needed. The place was clean and fairly well stocked though. I’ll be back to get refills when I need to.

I think the product is ok. However, it's pricey and the sales staff are pushy. For example, You can purchase gold standard whey (a really good protein) for 34.00 and for approximately 37.00 -38.00 without the 15.00 member ship card.

At the Vitamin Shop you can get the same product for 30.00. No card required. Charging 15.00 for the card is a joke. I find the products I need at the Vitamin Shop for less. I will say that the GNC employees seem to have more training. However, they are very pushy and it feels like they regurgitate a lot of data passed along to them from the company.

Went there today Thursday 11:05 store closed half empty out of business wow!

I went into the store and was the only one there.
The employee was talking on the phone and ignored me as i walked around obviously not finding what i wanted. He finally acknowledged me as i left. I called back later and he apologized. I went back in to buy a cleanse for my wife and I. He was out of mine and ordered it for me. I paid for both and left with my wifes. He said it would take a couple days. I am sure he never ordered it out of spite! Its been over 2 weeks! Never going there again!!!

This is an amazon hub locker. I had my items sent here. Second day in a row there is NO ONE working. Store is locked during open hours. I can’t get my things. What is going on??

Store was supposed to open at 12:00 today. Went at 12:30 and it wasn't open so I ate next door to burn time thinking they were late. 1:10 and still wasn't open. Went to the one in West Ashley afterwards only to find out the supplement I wanted was being sold for more than double it's actual price. Just lost another customer for life.

Just called and the guy that answered the phone is hammered drunk... sloshed
