Had a positive experience with the gentleman in flooring. He was very kind and helped me load a few items as well as grab a cart for me that was across the entire store. Made my experience here a positive one, as usually at Home Depot you can't find someone to help you at all.

Love this store very clean very friendly people I think every room in my house is designed by something from the store like kitchen my bathroom my living room my bedroom everything.. tool rental the equipment is always there when you need it not like some of the other big stores!

Judy in windows helped me with an order that was not in stock. She was extremely patient, and an excellent problem solver. Thanks for the great customer service, Judy!

They have everything here! I can't believe how many random things I was able to find on top of items I need for my projects. This is the place to wait out a zombie apocalypse.

I really would like to share my wonderful experience at the Home Depot located in Glendale Heights. What makes this location great is that their staff is always so friendly and willing to help. Today I would love to thank Dave for all of the helpful information. Dave works in the flooring department and you can tell he loves his job. He is very passionate and knowledgeable. I mean he really went above and beyond in explaining all the different benefits to each type of floor and why it is unique in its own way. He even laid out two planks to get an idea of what the floor would look like, he even explained step by step on how to install. He was kind enough to show us the website and all of its cool features to get a better idea of how this would look in our home. He took his time to explain everything in full detail and I was so fascinated with all of the information he provided. Definitely helped ease the overwhelming feeling we felt coming in looking at all the different options. We actually decided on a color he recommended! Dave deserves a HUGE raise! Thank you Dave for making such a huge decision a piece of cake!

I've, had great luck with this home depot. Great employee's like Marvin in Lumber. He gave me great advice with my purchase and help load it in my vehicle. He also followed up with me later, to tell me I left 1 cart of purchases behind. Above and beyond service. Thanks you Marvin, Al, and home depot.

I went this early morning on Christmas Eve looking for a last minute mini tree. Everyone was so helpful especially these three wonderful ladies Marilyn, Tanzee & Suzanne! They even ended up giving me the tree for free unexpectedly which is beyond sweet of them and the only thing I had to pay for was the support stand. I was honestly coming into the store planning to pay for the tree. Thank you ladies and Home Depot for your exceptional customer service.

Always love going to Home Depot. They have a great selection of electrical materials. The other reason to like Home Depot is that they sell Milwaukee and Klein tools. The one thing I would suggest to management, make sure that the stores are stocked the same. It's very annoying that you can go to 10 different stores, and the same item will be in totally different locations in all 10 stores.

I went in for plants the selection was really good for catcus already planning my next next trip for a monstera and more catcus.

Today, Byron, floor staff, went above and beyond to help out with an issue we had with a reel. He was friendly, informative, patient and very helpful in getting the job successfully done. Guided us to the staff at the repair/rental center who efficiently and curteously got the job done ;)

Great service, as the store's personnel are very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Comparable pricing for their inventory of products and services. Overall a true value. I'm a long time Home Depot customer and it's always a measure doing business with them. But don't take my word for it, c'mon down and see for yourself. 😎

They have some pretty good wood and the plants are kinda nice the lamps in the lani aisle I think do be my favorite thing though and the employee’s west orange which ids nice for when I bring my three cats in

Came in here with a time limit ,Bryant I believe, helped me and my father out to the extent I am writing this positive review. Service was superb. Walked out with dehumidifier and cleaning products with time to spare. Much better than John Menards employees whom do not care about service. Thanks Partner.

I am beyond ecstatic with Home Depot’s paint matching!!! We brought a dresser drawer in to get a matching color for an armoire I wanted to paint and it is SPOT ON!!! Looks like it’s part of the bedroom set!! Thanks Home Depot!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I cannot say enough about the service level at this store! Most of the employees have been there for years. I remember 20 years ago walking in and having an associate help me and he finds me everytime I'm in the store. It's crazy but he's so helpful. Recently needed some items and met the Assistant store managerJohn. What a pleasurable experience. When customer service is at an all time low, they exceed my expectations every time. This is and will be my go to home improvement store.
