Kohl's in Bloomingdale,il customer service representative Rochelle is excellent. She is very helpful, explains things and is very pleasant to talk to. Always like dealing with her at customer service.

I love this Kohls location in Bloomingdale, IL because it is always clean and well stocked and the cashiers are always knowledgeable and friendly. Today was no exception. Our cashier, AKSHADA, went above and beyond in helping us. My husband has an established Kohls card but he'd forgotten it and also thought that it might be inactive, as we hadn't shopped here for awhile. Akshada took the time to walk my husband through applying for a new card, but when she discovered that his account was still in good standing, she notified us and gave us 15% off our purchase. We appreciated her friendliness and efficiency, her professional appearance and the 15% discount was great! Akshada is an employee Kohls should be proud of. Good service is almost nonexistent today which can be discouraging for those of us who provide it as part of our jobs (I am a cashier at The Container Store and a past employee of Starbucks) so receiving it is always deeply appreciated. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DID, AKSHADA!

I went to Kohl's, shopped and went to the checkout. The salesperson, Mary, was extraordinary in every way. I decided to post the survey system about her work. I went into the system, spent 5 full minutes to get to what I thought was the place to remark about her. I went through the survey, there was no place to address Mary. I tried to go back, was not allowed. So I came here. Mary, at store 0065, was absolutely efficient with guiding us through the myriad of sales and discounts and optimizing the coupon. My wife usually does our Kohl's work and she is very good at it. For me, a first timer, it was a dazzling sales experience working with Mary. The five stars are for her. I will never - ever - go back to that website. It was obtuse, poorly written and even maddening. My favorite thing: I entered the Access Code as printed on my receipt. It denied the code and told me that "it does not accept hyphens". What? who programmed this? Enough.

I arrived at store about 9:15 AM. Found the items I was looking for and proceeded to check out where the associate, (Uganda) greeted me and assisted with the check out process. Her kindness is appreciated and is a beautiful person.

Go yo Kohl's at statford squer mall it got good srvice the only thing I don't like is that thay only register on the Boden level and note the tope

I was at the beauty counter and Deborah helped me with the Fenty Beauty press powder. It looks great. I will be returning to that location!!!
