AT&T Store

We had a great experience. The customer service was excellent. We were greeted first thing at the door with smiles. We were helped by Ivy. She was amazing. We had a big order as well. We had over 5 devices that we needed to upgrade. She was very patient and kind. She was very helpful and did over and beyond what we could ask. She always gave us options when it came to upgrading the devices. She also made sure we knew about all the deals and promotions as it best fit each device. Overall, Great service and I would definitely recommend! 10/10!!!!

Ivy assisted me today and her service was great! She was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I thought this was something that you should know.

Ivy was extremely patient helpful understanding and made me feel as if we were the only ones that mattered. She worked hard to fulfill me and my family needs. She was very open honest so much so that I ported over all 4 of my lines from a long time company that I was not completely satisfied with but was just dealing with the service due to being loyal over 15yrs I spent with T-mobile. Dachia Flowers was amazing! She made sure that we had our wants and needs met. She was patient and courteous making sure we understood our new products. She was very knowledgeable and well versed in the products. Awesome service from the manager Candice as well.

Candice and Stephanie were the best. Very professional and helpful. I switched over from Verizon yesterday and they made my transition very smooth. There was a minor issue but Candice went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of. I left 100% satisfied! I would recommend this location to anyone.

Stephanie has been absolutely outstanding and amazing. She has worked nonstop to try to clear the roadblocks. Had it not been for her dedication to resolving this issue I would have moved my business to Verizon. I certainly hope you appreciate her expertise and customer skills.

Excellent customer service, Damontae was very patient and kind.He took his time explaining the different types of phones and helped me choose a phone of my preference.The assistant Manager Candace was very polite and helpful as well. I am very pleased with the service I received and satisfied with my new upgraded phone.

I came to see Stephanie but,she had a Customer,was helped by a young man Nate came back to get my phone and Stephanie made sure all my info was transferred my Mother told to ask for her really go's that extra mile for Customers she is such a Wonderful person always well dress and smiling 😃

On this day when I was desperate for help...these 3 ladies Candice, Stephanie, and Dachia went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out with my phone situation. They were kind, patient, and overall above professional. I would recommend them to anyone that needs REAL customer care and support.

The sales rep Ivy did a wonderful job with switching my service as well as helping me purchase the right devices for my family. I would definitely recommend this location. All of the staff members they’re are very honest, helpful and professional.
