Thanks to Matt we were able to get a sign printed that was needed. The guy who was helping at first brushed us off and told us to call a number, we were confused to why he couldn’t help us since the store was empty.

Office Max is located on 95th Street (very convenient location). Furthermore, I can handle all of my business and personal tasks .

I am writing this review to share my experience with Bill on 4/17/23. Bill went the extra mile to help me copy a PDF with an access code. He saw that I was frustrated and he was so nice and knowledgeable; he immediately made me feel better. Bill was able to quickly make the two copies I needed. I want to thank Bill and OfficeMax for having such an exceptional employee.

Bill was outstanding and helped me complete a poster display in less than 30 minutes. Very affordable and very easy to do in a short period of time.

Big shout out to Monica in the printing department. She has been nothing but absolute help from the time I’ve walked into OfficeMax to get things printed for my small business. There was a lot of back and forth about whether they offer printing services for Avery labels, but Monica along with the GM Tony resolved the issue and I was able to print what I needed. I’ll definitely be back!

The Oak Lawn store is very clean and brightly lit. The staff there was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with. Even though there was a number of customers in the store at the time of my visit, there wasn't a long wait for assistance nor was I shuffled around between staff. My needs were met with precision and expedience

This OfficeMax in Evergreen Park had me at "High quality printing". I don't know how they do it, but my real estate postcards and Iris always turn out, looking amazing and flawless! Thank you Tony for being such a great manager, and for having such a great staff, you are all very much appreciated because you all work so hard for us!

So I came into the store last week and had a terrible experience and the store manager Tony call me back several times to discuss my experience I was pleasantly surprised and this age were living in that somebody actually takes the time to call you and try to rectify bad customer service.
Not only did he call me back once but he called me twice which showed me his dedication to making sure that every customer that walks through his doors are completely satisfied as I wrote a bad review before I totally take that back and I’m glad to see that he is doing a fantastic job and as a manager myself I understand how just one employee can totally ruin the reputation of a good establishment so I am pleased to say now that I will continue to take my business and my companies business to this location and church breast Office Max they have a fantastic manager and that they should appreciate that, this day and time that we’re living in when nobody seems to care about anything!
