I appreciate him for taking care of me to his best ability, & being very transparent, & honest about the policies, & procedures in the shop. I’ve been a customer at this location for well over 5 years. The customer service is phenomenal, but Floyd goes above and beyond to give you the best rates for your items. He has stellar customer service skills. He always has a smile in his face , yocelyn as well . Those two are the best I will continue to be a loyal customer because of them!

This place is great! The manager, Jimmy is always willing to help a lot of people like myself. And for this reason, I am a repeat customer for more than a decade. And I will continue to do so. The entire crew is awesome as well. Very professional and friendly.

This place is the best pawn shop on the south side of Chicago. They will pawn or buy anything off you if they can make a buck. I sold them a classic battlefield board game for $5, and they have all the PS5s
