GameStop

Today I was on a mission to get a PS5 disc edition.. I live in deltona so I went to the orange city GameStop to trade my stuff in and purchase… Well they didn’t have the system and sent me to Lake Mary to get the system and do the trades.. I get to lake Mary and they inform me they do not actually have the system I want so I then get sent to altamonte which when you google it the first store is not altamonte it’s actually Casselberry so now I’m an hour into the adventure and finally get sent towards the right store… I walk in to verify they have the system that I was told was on hold and they did.. So I started hauling all my stuff in which was three systems and like 35 games ! I will say Izzy was super friendly, super helpful and dealt with me for an hour while testing everything and making sure it worked! I will also say the manager was there of the store and she was super friendly and any questions we had she answered right away and were able to laugh and chat while this whole process took place! I work in customer service and this experience at this store turned the day around and I am VERY HAPPY with GameStop again and this was a definite comeback experience! Thank you Izzy and I believe Chrissy or Chris the manager!

Best GameStop there is, Danny the manager has always been amazing. New guy there now and he is phenomenal, might be new manager? Didn't catch his name but he's courteous and knowledgeable and easy to talk to and made everything a breeze.

Best customer service ever!

I think the associate's name was Jason? Dyed hair? Anyway, dude was awesome. Answered all questions, helped us way more than GS customer service hotline did, all while dealing with jackass customer who was giving him a hard time. Jason was really professional. Guy deserves a raise!

Made a quick stop to find a Christmas gift. The store was empty besides myself and the staff, so I had no trouble searching through the selection available for PS5 games. When I found my items, the associate rung me up quickly, asked if I was a member (I wasn’t) and signed me up without adding extra time to my visit. He explained the return process and I feel satisfied with my purchase. I will return.

Very fast and friendly service. The lady who assisted us this evening was super helpful and informative. She helped us save money with certain promotions on items we were already looking at. Also, they have great merchandize at this location, things I haven't seen at other places.

I went in looking to trade in a Gear watch and what I thought would be a simple process turned into almost an hour of work. At the end of the day Danielle was literally the most helpful person I've ever experienced at any retail store. It wasn't easy, it was a learning process, yet she got it and I ended up leaving a very happy customer. She deserves all the praise anyone could muster. Thank you so much Danielle.

Good crew to assist

This store was very clean and busy. The staff was knowledgeable and patient. The associate was helping multiple customers and still answering the phone on top of all this. I would shop here again based off of my first visit experience. Keep up the great work.

I have been going to this GameStop since I moved to Florida and it is amazing never had a problem the staff is absolutely amazing there is a older gentleman I can't think of his name but he is very knowledgeable and very nice and an amazing manager and also Danielle absolutely amazing every time I go in she remembers me and always talks about Kingdom Hearts because she knows I love it LOL definitely the only GameStop I'll ever go to as long as I live around here

I don't usually go here without my son. I wanted to surprise him with a game. Anyway, the store rep was super helpful and friendly. He tried his best to recommend games appropriate for my son. I appreciate his help.

We have two boys at home who turned 4 and 6. The little one is a big fan of Sonic and the eldest, a fan of Super Mario. For their birthdays, which are a week apart, one of their gifts was the Sonic & Mario Olympics. We ordered online and it arrived on time.

The disappointment on their faces when we loaded the game and it didn't work was hard to contend with.

I stopped by a local store and explained the situation. Amanda searched high and low for another copy. Having one shipped to the store all the way from Texas in record time. This is what I call excellent customer service.

Great little store. It has an impressive selection for such a small store. It’s very neat and organized, and I got great customer service even though they were pretty busy.

Went in today because my wife and I both purchased the same game for our son. I wanted to swap out the one I bought for another one. No issues at all with the exchange and in spite of the busy holiday season the service was with a smile.

TL;DR: This is my favorite GameStop to go to, the staff and especially Deleniz truly made it feel like my home GameStop!

I lived in Altamonte Springs for a year before starting traveling nursing! I enjoy going to GameStop not only to buy, and browse but to strike up a conversation here and there with people who know about video games as much as I do! It’s a hit or miss depending on what GameStop you go to, but the GameStop in Altamonte was always a hit for me! The staff members were always extremely friendly and awesome to talk to! I was in there so often some even knew me by name! This treatment wasn’t limited to me, but to those around me! I went to some midnight releases and events at that GameStop and they were always incredible! The most honorable mention is Deleniz who went from being my favorite staff member to my straight up friend! She always made my wife and I feel extremely welcomed and we would personally look for her every time we walked in! She always gave great insight on games, and was a straight pleasure to talk to even when I wouldn’t buy anything! As stated I have since moved from Altamonte and have been to about a dozen GameStop’s since, but I’ll tell you, there is no better GameStop in the 8+ states I have traveled to, and I miss this GameStop dearly!
