Absolutely the best customer service I’ve had in a long time! Alessa was attentive and listened to everything I said and got me the best product for my needs (even in travel size as I travel for work). The store was clean and like always smelled wonderful. Parking is limited but worth it to come to this Sephora!

Well stocked, very clean, well laid out products. The staff is so helpful. I visited this location to test products on my skin tone and sample fragrances for the upcoming sale which happens soon.

Found a new foundation luminous silk from Giorgio Armani.

I love coming to this location, I've had nothing but the best of help and I need all the help I can get. Staff is so friendly and they know what they're talking about. I always leave happy and excited to try my new goodies 🩷

All the employees were welcoming and helped me with my needs, especially Mehling! The store is well kept and everything was neat.

I got my prom makeup done and Ashley did such an amazing job! Got my skin tone down perfectly, I love my eyeshadow, and the products she used worked so well! Never felt so pretty! DEFINITELY coming back! 🥰

This is the only sephora i’ve been to that doesn’t have workers harass you while you’re trying to shop. They ask if you need help then leave you alone instead of following you around. The employees are very professional and kind. This location may be a bit further then the others but i will definitely come back here, very welcoming environment:)

The service I got today was perfect! Christopher was such a great person to talk to, really knowledgeable on the products in the store. He introduced me to a new brand that I didn't even know about. Also gave me tips on how to apply my makeup more effectively. If I hadn't just restocked on my makeup I would've definitely bought the brand he showed me! When I'm out I'm definitely going to buy some of those products!

My wife purchased a make up from their store, not knowing that the bottle was slightly cracked. The bottle eventually broke. I called Sephora at Green Valley and notified them that the bottle was slightly cracked and my wife never really got to use her make up because when she said it down on the countertop, the bottle eventually ended up breaking and the make up when everywhere so I called them and they are allowing me to bring any remains which is the box and the receipt and exchange it for a new one. I really appreciate this because we don’t live in Las Vegas. We’re from Ely Nevada and it is pretty hard for us to find good make up for my wife. Thank you guys you are amazing.

Whenever I go to this Sephora it's always a great experience. This location is a little smaller than the ones on the strip so they don't always have some of the more exclusive products but I still prefer this location. The ladies who work here are friendly and helpful but also respectful and will not crowd you. They aren't pushy. They let you look around if you want and never make you feel uncomfortable. I've gone in here looking grubby with no makeup on at the end of my work schedule and never had anyone look down their nose at me. But each girl who works there is also quick to offer help if you need it. I always end up buying more than I plan here because they LET ME look around without feeling rushed or uncomfortable.

Extremely helpful service over the phone. Went in the next day and had exactly what I was looking for for a Xmas gift. Prices were fair but at least I know I got something real and not fake

I love this location. It's one of the 2(?) in Henderson and by far Sephora at Green Valley is elite. I'd choose them over their other competitors as well. Staff is always SUPER nice and knowledgeable. I never feel uncomfortable in there, even when I'm not wearing makeup lol. They always have a lot of selections and even hot items seem to be in stock. For first timers, it is in The District at GVR so you will have to park and walk to get there, but location is in the middle of the plaza and super easy to find.

I am new to make up and how to use which products. I scheduled an appointment with a personal shopper, Tayzia who provided the most positive experience I have ever had. She took the time to explain products, shared the difference between everything she showed me, answered all my questions, and encouraged me to reach out if I had any questions or needed help. She made me feel very welcome and genuinely wanted to make sure I was getting what was in line with what I was looking for. I didn’t feel like she was pushing high priced items and helped me pick products based on what I was looking for. Because of this experience, I left excited to start trying to put together my new look and gave me a boost of confidence! I will only buy from Sephora because of this experience alone.

I had full face make up done by Ashley. She did an amazing job and I got so many compliments at my friends wedding! She was open to my requests for certain products and gave me options, considering what I was going to wear for my event.. THANK YOU Ashley! The whole experience from start to finish was great, this Sephora location is a gem! Will be back for my make up services needs!

Amazing experience! Maya helped me immediately with all of my skin care needs! She was extremely helpful with what products would work and gave me samples as well! Highly recommend!

Ashley is the fair godmother of makeup.I am good at doing my own makeup. I wasn’t so great at hightail and contouring. Ashley fixed my issues and showed me what products to use to achieve the whole look. The first picture is Ashley’s work. Then me with no make up and my regular look i do on my own with no hightail and contour.

This Sephora is the best! The staff is wonderful and amazingly helpful. I am not a make up girl, I wear very little currently but have been trying to expand my skills and do more. I used to be a Ulta girl but the staff was never very helpful and when asked for suggestion on colors matches and products I was often (but not always) met with " idk what do you normally do..?" Like, for real?! I have mascara on thats it... 🤨
But not this Sephora. Literally everyone wanted to help. They always spend lots of time with me discussing my skin and suggesting products. They offer advise and even helped me with easier ways to apply the make up. I even felt comfortable enough to ask about brushes (something I never do bc some how I feel like that's a basic and I should just magically know).
I've gone through all transactions types with this store: sales, exchange, and return; it is always seemless. I even had a rep from Charlotte make up (I think that is what the brand was, their name was Joe) and they were amazing too. This store may be a little outta your way but total worth the time.
