I was at the register across from a lady that was paying and the machine took the change she was paying with . As a manager of a store I know there was something that could have been done but the manager Shay said he didn’t have proof she paid. She said to him he has camera he said the font work to pick that up. He told her you can’t leave with our stuff and she said why I paid . He said I don’t have proof you paid.
So the lady was a asked to pay again.
I feel the manager didn’t do his job he was rude and the matter should have been handled better.
He treated her like she was stealing and I watched her pay.
He’s very unprofessional.

I witnessed something disturbing to me last night a lady and gentleman was paying for there items the machine ate there money and said they still owed the original amount and an employee watched them pay . The manager came over and basically said they couldn’t leave with the stuff because he has no proof of payment. He was really rude to the lady she asked him to count down the drawer and he said he couldn’t because it wouldn’t be proof she paid.
I did not quite understand that said the cameras can’t prove she paid . But a employee watched her.
And he was really rude to her when she asked questions he told her to leave.
This is a manager that was rude and very unprofessional on the matter .
Why have a manager that can’t help the customers and he treat her like she was stealing.
I have seen this from him several times .I believe corporate needs to step in

I love this new store but the employees are rude .I seen a sign that's said they were hiring but heard the manger say she wasn't hiring right now .
