Always an exceptional retail experience. The staff and management are all way above what you get at other stores.
Their warranties on their "house" brands are outstanding and their seasonal sales specials are pocket pleasing.
Clearly the put a lot of time into training and development of both the management and the staff. Lowe's could learn from them because, as #2, they don't try harder.

I went to buy some material for my husband’s project. Mr.Houston, was a gentleman when he helped me. I had my husband on the phone & everything he needed Mr. Houston found with no problem! It was over about 20 things, but like a champ he helped us out. He never lost his professionalism or show any kind of rudeness due to all the things I was asking for. Mr.Houston was very positive, and calm! My husband was able to finish his project & I definitely will recommend all his friends to Mr.Houston. Thank you!!! We are very grateful, I highly recommend this location.

I purchased 10 gallons of Behar water semi-transparent paint to stain my fence professionally yesterday. The color on the sample had more of a brown based than what I received when I got home But I'm so grateful for Mr. Charles @ Wheatland location. My extra store, found my rocking chairs for my porch, and my fire place entertainment center, I had to put them together, but it was so worth it, I love it.

Douglas is Home Depot's shining star!! I took my mom to Home Depot in search of something I could use to hang my parent's gazebo lights from the metal roofing. Douglas (an older, black gentleman) was not just patient with my mom, he was SUPER HELPFUL!! He didn't just tell us about various options, he showed us the best option that would meet all of our stated needs and explained how it worked. We purchased the items and they worked out perfectly! Thanks again Douglas, your customer service is unmatched!!

I shop here often being a contractor in electrical. I came one Wednesday, and Oscar , Jimmy & Mr Arnold in the electrical department was super ! They helped me find most of everything I needed, and was very nice about it. Thank you for the awesome customer service, and efficient tools. & also Ms Yolanda at the cashier was very helpful & nice . Then I came back different day & Ms Faye & Rickey even tho they wore super busy they help us out whit everything we was looking for in electrical material . We definitely be back . Thanks for everything . In a different occasion Mr Jimmy help us whit all the materials we needed for a electrical job . We are very satisfied every time he’s there .

Came in about an hour before their closing time needing to return an item. A really nice woman named Karen asked me what I was there for and was able to help me find the replacement and return my stuff in less than 10 minutes
