Went in, found what I was looking for quickly and checked out with no delay. The gentleman at the register was especially courteous and helpful. He even went out of his way to price match my item. Thank you for training a great staff! In a world of online purchasing it is refreshing to be treated with such care in person.

For the most part the staff I saw I interacted with on my visit were professional, Charlene in print seemed pretty reasonable... however I came in for a possible poster print which added up to 119.94. It was a bit pricey for me and I changed my mind and told the associate helping me I would think about going through with the purchase, but needed to think that over. He gave me a recommendation and that's fine, and we both walked away. However, I went to go shop and buy some supplies for my classroom.
While I was in pod three looking at an air freshener, I could overhear and clearly see that same associate and another one, standing merely five-seven feet away laughing bout something, while discussing how something was "obvious" and they were looking in my direction. Now I don't know if it was about me, or another customer, but that seemed pretty unprofessional, and made me feel a bit singled out as I was walking around the store. Even if you find someone's request silly or ridiculous, I mean, shouldn't you be able to possibly exercise better self control rather than openly make jokes very transparently out loud? Again, I felt like I was being mocked for making a ridiculous request and that's not okay.

Update: great service recently.

Charlene at OfficeMax was awesome! She very patiently built my digital project, taking care of every little detail. The finished product was super inexpensive and turned out exactly as I had hoped!

Elena, was so helpful on the day I ordered my Sparco Curved Design Easel Document Holder in Black, needed it for work. She was very polite, courteous and great customer service. I called to make sure my item had arrived and Evan answered, same thing, polite, courteous and great customer service. He advised me, where my item would be. I asked that my husband would be picking it up, but he had a copy of my item. Evan assured me, it was no issue. The first night I went to look for it,
Abe, also tried to help me, but my particular item had to be ordered, great customer service, helpful, etc... THANK YOU GUYS, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

I had to return some printer ink cartridges there yesterday. And both the cashier and the manager were very helpful. Also the manager was willing to match the price of the original printer ink all-in-one set. With the individual color ink three in one set and the individual black ink cartridge. So that it would still be like an even exchange. And then the original transaction would be credited back to my credit card. Anyways I wish that I could remember the name of the cashier and the manager. They both made it very easy to do the return.

I am updating my previous review: Yesterday, Sunday, April 16, 2023, I was frantically running against a deadline to get out multiple documents in multiple ways (scanning/email, etc.) I rushed into the store in the early evening and was blessed to find Val and her partner behind the big print section. They calmed me down and made the whole experience do-able. They helped me enormously, did just about everything for me, reassured me all the way that it would get done. They were professional, courteous, kind and reassuring. I have honestly never had such good help in a commercial business. Thank you Val! So sorry I can't remember the young man's name, but he was amazing, too. I will be forever grateful.

I walked in hoping to print a photo of an invitation. I wasn’t sure if this was something they could do but walked in anyway. Upon entering the store I was immediately welcomed by Ashley. She answered all my questions and printed a sample for me to look at. She was fast, and friendly. Thanks to her I was able to print them out for a bigger size and better price than I was quoted at fedex.

I was in this store again on 3/17/23 to order some new Business cards. The guy at the desk, ID ending in 4206 was extremly helpful and re did my cards. I had excellent service and was greeted when I arrived in the store at the Print counter. Price was great too! Thank you!

I asked Rodger if he could price match another Office Depot in north Las Vegas. And although he was not about to, he was about to help find me another lower price. Finding and creating a solution for a customer is definitely what all stores need and he’s an exemplary definition of this. Give this guy a promotion. Thank you Rodger!!!

Ordering was a breeze online and pickup was super convenient. Prices were fair for what I needed and easier that it was local vs needing to ship. Online ordering stand was located right by the door and alphabetically organized making it easy to grab and go.

I simply CANNOT say enough about the help and customer service I received at this store location! I've NEVER, ever, done a review because I am such a busy person, with very little spare time, doing all that I do for work. And quite frankly, the people that have waited on me, of the past, have never been worth my time to comment on. Most seem barely able to do the bare minimum, with a sour attitude; and as a consumer, it has become painful to even ask customer service reps these days for the minimal essentials of help. It's as if, I (the consumer) should apologize to them for bothering them in their place of work. This experience, at this location,,,,, IS AN EXCEPTION, and worth my time; because this kind of 'uncommon- help', in a 'common world' are truly a 'breathe of fresh air'!! And I want to SHOUT it to the MOUNTAIN TOPS!!! BRAVO!!!!! They got it RIGHT, BEST I have EVER experienced in any Office Max/Depot, and/or any other store of this kind.

Came into the store on a Sunday, 3/20 at 10am to get 100 funeral programs printed for my Dad's funeral on Tuesday, 3/22. I had tried using the online service first, but I was lost because I did not know the differences in the types of paper to use. Sharlene, the Print Manager was working at the time and printed out samples of the program on two different types of paper so that I could choose what I liked best. Then, she told me to place the order online so that I could get a discount. I was having a hard time placing the order on my phone, so I told her I would try it at home. She gave me her card and told me to call her as soon as I got the order in so that she could start to work on it. I ended up spending the next 20 minutes in my car placing the order because I was on a time crunch. I called the number on Sharlene's card and let her know that the order was in and then I headed off to run some errands. Sharlene called me back at noon to tell me that the order was complete! I was so grateful. She had everything nicely bagged on the online pickup rack, including my flash drive that I forgot to get after she printed the samples, and, she also included a note of condolence for my Dad. I was so blessed and relieved to have these beautiful programs done well in advance of the funeral. She really made my day. In the days that we live in now, customer service is very hard to come by. I really appreciate Sharlene for all of her help. She is the reason why I would recommend anyone needing a print job see her. Please continue hiring quality people like her!

The regional manager Evan was incredibly helpful with an issue I had with T-Force (OfficeMax's 3rd party delivery company vendor). I spoke with Evan, explained the predicament I was in, and he was able to have the chairs be delivered to store while still honoring the Black Friday price I originally purchased them for. All within a matter of 48 hours. Thank you again!
