Went there for a mobility scooter to rent, price was affordable, customer service was outstanding. They even helped disassemble and put in my vehicle. They also ensured that I knew how to reassemble the scooter when I got home. I will use them next time I need a scooter.

Visiting from out of town, our grandson needed a nebulizer for his meds. Unfortunately, it was one of the items we didn't pack. VMS took our call around 4 and had what we needed and made sure since he was an infant they had everything he did need. Super nice people!!! Very thankful for this company!

Amazing!! 5 stars all the way. We arrived here for vacation and realized I forgot my CPAP headgear. I arrived 50 minutes after closing. I saw the lights were on so I called. The owner called me right back. And said they would let me in. They are extremely friendly and helpful. I made my purchase and we can now enjoy our vacation. Extremely rare to find a business who would do this after hours. Especially for someone out of state. Thank you!! 🤗🤗🤗

When my daughter came into town we desperately needed to rent a wheelchair for myself. My daughter called Volusia Medical Supply store, and even though they are closed on Saturday, the owner was nice enough to meet us at the store so we could rent a wheelchair. We were so happy for her generosity. I recommend anyone who is in need of medical supplies to give her a call.

Very clean, and nicely set up "Mom-and-Pop" shop. I was very happy to find the crutches I so desperately needed ASAP for my daughter. This store has some experienced and extremely pleasant, ready to help employees as well. But the amount of kindness that Ameen showed me upon checking out, was one of the reasons that stores like this are still in business today. The amount of care and compassion he showed me, will be just one of the reasons I will recommend this store to anyone I know. Laika is amazing. She helped me get my mother’s portable oxygen and even after a year she have been helping me because I been having problems with the machine . Volusia medical supply the workers are caring and they help you as possible I would refer all my friends and family to go to them. They are exceptional.

We could not be more pleased with the customer service. My mom purchased a chair that was delivered the same day. Timothy our delivery man went above and beyond making sure my mom was happy and comfortable. During the race in Daytona, my personal power chair stopped working. I contacted Volusoa Medical supply and they had a rental chair available. The chair was is emaculate condition and saved the weekend at the races. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The manager even came in on his day off so I could return the chair on Sunday as not to accrue another days rental fee. Would highly recommend volusia medical supply to anyone needed help with mobility or any medical supplies. The store was stocked with all kinds of medical items. From mobility to face masks.

I was there today 7-29-19 - and from the time I went in they were very nice- I asked them being the Manager I believe and A lady name Shy at the desk- was extremely nice and helpful about the scooters -and About checking them all out- and - they showed me about them and even looked up the information that I was wanting to know about them- - they carry new Pride scooters along with a lot of other mobility products- —I was very impressed-
as I wasn’t too sure after reading some not so good reviews- but there was nothing negative to say about this Volusia Medical supply store- They also do rentals which was good to know-
