They are very knowledgeable about their products. The staff are great with a very comfortable atmosphere. This is the only place with great prices.

Great prices and service! My rule of thumb is if the prices are cheaper then what you find online, you've found a gem of a retailer. I was so surprised that their ozz pen was the same price you can find online, minus shipping. The girl behind the counter was friendly and apologitic when she couldn't help us find what we were looking.

Gone to this locations three times and so far I'm happy. The first time was in May and the guy that was there was friendly and didn't mind my annoying questions, second time was a diffrent man and he seemed tired but was still really helpful. This last time was last Monday (sorry for the late review) Trace was nice and let me brows around a bit and helped me get more coils and liquid. She was really nice and didn't mind helping me look for new liquid sense they didn't have the one I had gotten the time before. The one she recommended is wonderful but the other I thought would taste nice tasted a bit off to me but when I mix the two togeather it comes out nice. I think its just the coconut taste, coconut is always a dice chance that I won't like it lol. I'll be returning to the store though when I need more though.
