Thanks to Bri and Eric I have successfully moved from AT&T with my Biz account! Reception better and bill smaller! World class customer service greatly appreciated in the Sequim office!

Everytime we come in, we are greeted. It's nice to know we get noticed. It's always cool to try out the new phones on display. It's always good to get our questions answered. The Sequim store is amazing.

Rachel was on solo this evening. She got at least 3 or 4 challenging issues (and patient) customer questions in the last 45 minutes of the store’s hours. Rachel was so adept that she managed 3 or 4 customers & our phone issues by multitasking! As customers, we all politely waited & took turns.
I can’t imagine better customer service for different smartphone companies — all in 45 minutes!
I will NOT switch from Verizon to any other service with staff like Rachel!

Every time I come to this branch, they always have supplies. The Verizon store closer to my home always seems to be out of stock of things. I appreciate the quick and friendly service. Thank you very much!

This place is wonderful. If you are world-tired and need to rest, need a CT listening ear, want a safe, accepting place, this is the church for you.

Travis in Sequim store is the Verizon phone guy to deal with.. so knowledgeable and his assistance with new phone was impeccable

Customer service is excellent! Taisen helped transfer from my old phone to my new one. Also, we moved the number from my husband's flip phone to my old one. There were several other customers in the store doing similar things. The staff very patiently helped all of us. They are great!

Alex has been amazing help and guidance through changing plans, upgrading phones, changing from Apple to galaxy products, and all technical (user issues) along the way! Alex has been the most helpful and knowledgeable person I've had the joy of working with in all my years of being with Verizon!!! He always has a bright disposition, attitude, so personable, patient, kind, and just the perfect example of customer service!!!

THANK YOU ALEX! He took the time to explain what features I would get on my Smartwatch. He set everything up, didn't rush me, and made sure I was getting the best deal. Definitely a people person😁

I went into the store and purchased two new iPhones. Switching from android to iPhone was very challenging for me. However, Alex was more than helpful and helped me with transferring my contacts and photos. He offered lots of tips and tricks for making the transition easier. I am confident that as I have more questions I can go back in and they will gladly help me.

I needed a new phone and didn't want to wait for it to be mailed to me. Onix helped me in th store. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. If she didn't know the answer she was able to look it up. I would definitely go back again if I needed anything else from Verizon that can be done in store.

The staff here is very welcoming and have so much patience with everyone they work with. Erik the manager and Alex who seems to always be there really make sure people enjoy their experience. I recommend this store for anyone in the peninsula.

I had a tech issue with both our phones. Spent 4 hours on the phone with support. They couldn't fix the issue. Walked in the store and explained the situation with a sales person. He fixed the problem in 10 minutes. I'm back up and working.
