Great selection, polite friendly customer service. Everyone else was out or had plants that were almost dead and Menards by the Dayton Mall had a huge selection with great looking plants. I have also bought AC filters , lumber and solar lights here. All are better selection than Lowe's and Home Depot

Very cool store with everything you need and plenty you don't. The store was organized and clean, and the associates were helpful.

I needed help finding the right tap for screws, Jim from hardware was amazing and was able to help me quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this store.

I am a big fan of Menards. They are competitive to Lowes and Home Depot in price. Their wood selection cannot be beat. They do have a weird mix of a food selection. I have found hard to find building material items here.

DEVON, a wonderful employee, displayed very helpful customer service. We started in lighting looking for an outdoor garden flood light which had been moved to the garden center. He accompanied me there and back to help me select the correct light bulb.

This is my favorite Menards. They always have great markdowns on the end caps. I stopped in for tape and spent $130+ 🤔

Our cashier, Kailah was very professional & kind. Last time I picked up an online order I didn't get the help I needed & the attitude was below par. Kailah should teach the staff that handle the on line order in the back corner how to treat customers. Clean organized store.

A great selection of household items and other things people in all types of houses and apartments can use to improve their standard of living. It is extremely clean and organized making it very accessible to all people.

Jesse assisted us in the paint department this past weekend! He was very knowledge and kind! We’ve never really had a bad experience at this Menards since moving here 3 months ago. Will be back for all of our first time home buyer needs!

When we moved to Ohio I wasnt sure what Menards was and from the road it just looked like a lighting store. One of our friends said it was one of her favorite stores and so we went. It is a great store! We love it! The thing I love the most is that there's staff there that want to help you and they treat you nicely. I go here versus the major orange and blue stores, you know who I'm talking about, and I do it bc I get better service.

The cashiers were super friendly during the checkout process. Other than that I did not need any help.

I reassessed your rating which went from 1 to 5 stars. Two reasons for the change. First, Chris in appliances was excellent in resolving a problem had with online order. Not only did he resolve the issue but explained when I would be notified. Really nice person. The second reason is that you require people to wear masks. I am nurse, have immunosuppressed people in my family from autoimmune disease and another is transplant. I really appreciate you protecting them. Thank you so much

Customer service is horrible here. Last time it took me 25 minutes to find help getting lids to trash cans, everyone I asked said it wasn't their department. I should have known better than to return, every time I come here I walk away frustrated. Stood in roof/railing department waiting for assistance for long time. Assumed the two men behind the register that were chit chatting were probably not customer service since they never once stepped away to ask anyone if they could be of assistance. I figured they were just cashiers. There was one man on the floor and he was assisting someone. It took awhile because he was showing them how to install railing, etc. I stood there waiting, when he finished with them, he looked at me and before I could ask a question he walked behind the desk to be with the other fellas. Guess it was because I was female and couldn't possibly know about home improvement things outside spectrum of paint and material.
So I came here to pick up case of propane for someone, thought I might try getting a few things again for myself. Be careful, they have stickers showing the fire alarm is on sale for 24.99 but at checkout they charge 34.99. There were two signs showing the 24.99. This seems like false advertising to me. I just went and returned the items I purchased for myself. I will purchase it at Sam's Warehouse. I should have known better than to shop here for myself.
