We frequently travel through the area and always stop at this location. It's always busy, people are working and not goofing, and our orders are always accurate. What we most appreciate is that they recognize that there are people who are out and about on Christmas who need to eat and they are always open on Christmas. Thanks a bunch.

It was so nice to go through the drive-through at McDonald’s on Heinicke Road, and have the cashier. Whose name is Bruce be so friendly and outgoing. My favorite fast food restaurant. I like all their food. Plus they have the best coke cola in the world.

Fast and friendly staff. Employees that I encountered early this morning were 100x better than the employees I encountered here a few years ago. I rarely went to this location due to the previous experience but I gave them another opportunity and was very pleased with the current staff they have today!

Parking lot a mess service slower than normal but food was great

After horrible experiences at two nearby McDonalds, this was like finding Nirvana. What a delightful experience. Fast service and friendly!! Two very sweet ladies, the one who took my order and the one I paid. Both were obviously happy in their work. Wish I could give this place 10 stars! This kind of customer service is almost extinct these days.

This is our hometown McDonald's. I go there 90% of the time because my kids want to go there, but I'll drop by once-in-a-while on my own when I know it might not be busy. Plus, I love McDonald's coffee. That said, it's a McDonald's; it's kind of hit-and-miss - like ALL McDonald's. The service is what one should expect, it's not always as clean as it can be, and the drive-thru can be a PITA (but I suspect that has more to do with the customers than the staff). Otherwise, the food is consistent, and over at least the 100 times I've been there, I've never gotten a wrong order, never been mistreated and have never experienced anything wrong enough to complain about. The only thing wrong with this McDonald's is their moronic, mouth-breathing customers, and the Karens who expect perfection for a $12.00 lunch for their spoiled brats.

Went to the drive-thru so as far as atmosphere I couldn't tell you they look busy got a file of fish as usual Sprite fries nice little dinner that's about it.

Drive thru was really busy. So I went inside. Staff was really nice and the tables that I saw looked clean and the fountain drink area could of been a little better. The food was good and they got it done fast.

Logan is an absolute king. Thank you for making my friends and I feel so welcomed in your establishment. Please remember what we told you about a future applicant. DO NOT, and I mean it DO NOT hire the young man we talked about with you. He will destroy you and the McDonald’s franchise if you do. Anyways, thanks Mr. Logan you’re a cool dude and need a raise to compensate for the great employee you are. Also, we are down to hang at the new condo.

Open 24 hrs. This is a must and the only close McDonald's open nearby as a 3rd shift worker if you're hungry and need a meal! They were patient with my long order and it was accurate. Thank you!!!

Logan is the best manager of any establishment I have been to!! Last night I experienced an extremely full bladder and when I came to McDonalds to use their restroom they had locked the store up. I asked Logan kindly to use their restroom and he permitted me into their fine establishment!! When I came tonight to get a snack after work, he made my friends and I feel so welcome and accepted into the establishment. He listened to our needs about past problems in the establishment. He is such a king and icon and even said he would remember us forever. We love you Logan!! (ps. *cough Jeremy Bray) $17/hour is not enough!! Congrats on the condo btw. Keep up the amazing work!!

Abby, an employee at this mcdonald’s, was an absolute delight. her services to me included a complementary shoe shine, a passionate three minute make out session, a quickie (with protection), and excellent head🧎🏻 attached is the view you get upon the complementary head

Worst McDonald's experience ever. The Big Mac was dry and had no sauce. Wretched.

Saturday eve. I watched third shift take a drive thru line that was wrapped all the way around the building...down in minutes! Way to go Heinke Rd McDonald's! 👏🎉

Was skeptical about getting fast food at 2am on a Sunday. The staff was friendly and energetic, the wait was short, and the food was good and fresh. It was like the workers really wanted to be there. Good Job!
