Grandpa joes candy store really takes you back to your childhood of attending the old school traditional candy stores from when we were young. They have types of candies I haven’t seen in many years. It is a real delight! Not too mention they have a $5 candy buffet you can put whatever you want in the small white box. It is fun and my kids truly enjoyed it. We will be back again.

This is my most favorite candy shop that I have visited. The peanut butter truffles are a must get. The dark chocolate truffles are just as great. There are countless soda options from all different brands. Our cashier was very friendly and engaging with her customers. Definitely visit if you have never been here.

First time visiting this Grandpa Joe location; my husband and I enjoyed ourselves. We both got a $5 buffet candy box and a large bag of Strawberry bonbons. Staff was friendly, and check out was quick.

This candy shop is a dream! There is a variety of candies, a huge variety of local, national, and international pops. I found a Mexican pop called "Jarritos" and a Japanese "Kimura Ramune" in the same wall. It's mesmerizing.
I love all the souvenirs and local products. This last time, i got an amazing Ramen bowl.

For sure you'll find a perfect gift for your loved one besides candies.

Im not a photographer, but definitely, i'll have a photo shoot session in this store, too. It is full of colors and good energy.

My family is visiting from NYC and we stopped in yesterday. Love the selection! We got some great treats to bring back home to NYC and the woman working there, (I can't remember her name) was unbelievably friendly and super helpful! I'd return just bc of her! Well definitely be back soon!

Friendly staff with decently priced items. They have a nice variety of sodas and candy. We were able to get in and out and but a TON of candy for 3 kids under $15.

Neat candy store with retro candies, and lots of gifts, sodas, and tons of unique items of all of the above.

I love this place! It’s not only fun for kids, but adults and it gives you plenty of nostalgia. 🧡 very organized and clean, and anything from the chocolate case is a good option 😍

Chocolate bars, jelly beans, sour, strange, etc. Willy Wonka playing on a loop!All sorts of candy and novelty gifts! Care for some sugar to wash down your sugar? Try one of their specialty sodas! Getting a stomach ache has never been this fun and fancy free!

Grandkids were on heaven! I also found my favorite candy Cow Tails! More then just a candy shop...so many great novelties and old fashion drink bottles.

I didn’t see any candy cigarettes but they had just about everything else. The Troy location is a little bigger and has a bit more non-candy items. But this place is great, I saw a toilet full of tootsie rolls. What else could you ask for?

Absolutely love this place! We easily spent an hour here each time reading all the funny products. The $5 box is the perfect size to get a nice assortment of your favorite candy, or add new ones in to try.

Great selection of unique and vintage candies, along with modern favorites. They also have an amazing selection of specialty sodas. Ranch soda. Dill pickle pop. Ginger ale. Coke. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary, your best bet is Grampa Joe's.

My favorite item is the $5 box. I just have to get a box everytime we walk in this store. A little bit of this, a little bit of that.

So nostalgic! First time visit and I'm hooked! Grandpa Joe's has all the old time candy and all the new fun stuff too? Great place to grab a gag gift, a great bottles soda, or of course some candy! Lots of options and even fresh chocolates! The female employee was very friendly and helpful! Cannot wait to bring my son for the candy buffet! ❤

So awesome! A lot of memories from my childhood, also a lot of quirky and unique items and candies.

First time visit to this awesome candy shop, definitely not my last. Has good selection of candies and sodas and even some small gifts.

I bought a Boba Fett and Darth Vader pez dispenser, and a jumbo cherry gummy bear (12.34 oz.).

Amazing selection of candy plus a little bit of every gift item you can imagine! Employees always friendly and helpful. This is a must-see if you're in or near Miamisburg.
