Jacob did an outstanding job as he helped me with my phone.
I upgrade one of the phones on our account also. He was very informative on the phones, so I could make the best choice for our needs.
A definite 5 star and then some for the quality and time spent with me to resolve the issues with my phone and to purchase a new phone.

Tanner was awesome. He was super helpful and even stayed late just to help us set up our new phones and watches. He is by far one of the best people I have come into contact with when it comes to customer service. If you deal with laurel Montana’s Verizon store he is your guy!

My 5 star rating is for Kristopher. Probably the easiest phone upgrade I have ever made. Primarily because he went through all of my most important apps and made sure they were ready to use. You NEVER see that!!! Not happy with Verizon charging options that made it mandatory to buy tho but that's not his fault. Just corporate greed!! Thx Kris!!!
