They said the ice cream machine was broken but the person behind us got ice cream 🤦‍♀

The food is good there was one time I went in and they messed up my order. Overall a good place to go eat.

Food is always as expected Alway fun to see them keeping up with the seasonal decorations.

Stopped in for a coffee and some sandwiches. It's McDonald's food so it was alright. The service I received was great. They all had a smile when they spoke to me and the lobby guy got me a refill. Overall my experience there was great!

Very clean restaurant, in both dining area and bathrooms. Hot breakfast served fairly quickly (we had a big order) and the staff were friendly.

Drive through is always busy but they're always quick. Best ran McDonald's imo. Friendly staff. Wish the fries were always fresh though that's my only complaint

Ate inside for breakfast. Hash browns spot on, as was the Egg McMuffin. Really friendly and helpful employees -- patient with my questions & all my chatter. Bathrooms clean, dining room clean. Plenty of parking (area felt very safe too), and easy access from interstate. Great McDonald's experience -- well done (especially considering how short staffed the industry is!)

I'd say this is the best fast food spot in Laurel.

Marie was the best part of my dining experience. She is very kind and keeps the dining room clean.

Got here a few minutes before closing. Probably disappointed the staff who was surely tired and ready to go home after a long hot day but they were courteous and made our order exactly correctly. Thank you Mickey D's crew, we'd been on the road all day and had promised our kids some Mickey D's, so making it just in time and not being turned away was a blessing to us! And it hit the spot just right!

Real nice and down to earth staff. They went outta there way for us well we waited for are penske tailor tier to be replaced. Deff recommend stopping in

I use the app mostly, I like the convenience of curbside pickup. You slide into a carjop spot let them know you are there, and you ice cream is delivered, or a hot fluffy Mcmuffin. Mornings are early and I'm not social early in morning or late at night. Meals are always on point and hot. Thank you for a consistently great meal

I just stopped by this morning to buy a biscuit. It was the most pleasant experience. The lady behind the counter was super nice, the restaurant was very clean, and the food was very good and served hot. I wish more McDonald’s ran their operation this way.

So, I've been doing work in Absorkee and I've been stopping by in the morning due to not having time to make breakfast. The past two days I've been coming here the breakfast is piping hot! Very good and the drive thru has been very fast. The morning crew rocks!

This is the one and only best McDonald"s in the Billings region. The manager of this store is great and he really knows his customers and takes care of the well. He will do everything to see that orders are correctly done. He also has his dining room and lobby open until 7pm which is really nice for those of us who have big trucks and can't use the drive thru.

I don't usually go to fast food restaurants, but McDonald's was impressive. There were so many changes from when I last went there to eat. For one there were kiosks and the layout was designed to be more modern. There were carnations on many of the tables and the service was wonderful as always. There were many options to choose from as well when considering what to order. I like the food there, but the modern design is what impresses me.

Food was ready quick and the store was clean.

What really made my experience a great one was the lobby manager. I'd say she was the nicest person I've ever met and I got the privilege to talk to her for a few minutes.

I would highly recommend this location for anyone that wants great service!

I've eaten at a lot of McDonald's, however, this one is always exceptionally clean with very helpful courteous employees! The building is almost new and I'm no architect, but somebody spent some money designing this one. I looked at the way it was lit up outside and it's a gorgeous building. I know that sounds kind of silly, but I was looking at redoing the old siding on my house the same way they used river rock on the outside of their building. It really looks cool! IMHO.

Was fairly quick. I had a relatively odd order, and while what I got wasn't what I expected, it was technically what I asked for. Next time I'll need to get a little more specific. The important thing is I got fed.
