Are you really have customer service to speak of we had to help ourselves. The only way anybody helped us in anyway was if we went and found someone get something down from a hook up by the ceiling. It did have a wonderful selection for dresses my daughter's homecoming. I would suggest this place to others. I do wish they had one up North so I didn't have to come down to the valley to get what I needed.

This particular fashion store I love it has big girl clothes big women sized clothes but not much to choose from the dress I tried on had holes in it give it to me as a discount or let me have it it was nice I ended up with a different dress that was better accessories to go with it lots of shoes to choose from so makeup jewelry kind of expensive but nice helpful workers I didn't walk around the whole store just looked at the dresses try to feel on purchase what I needed and Erykah Badu store if you're looking for outfit to go out this is your spot to shop that's it lots of trendy clothes dato bunch of stuff they have wigs in the back of some school uniforms I noticed they have socks that go for heels I don't see that every day if you need heel socks try it buy it visit BBB Fashion near you thank you

For cheap, young, "let's go out tonight clothing" they really have some cute things. I stop by for the inexpensive cosmetics, but if I were younger I'd wear their stuff lol

I came in this store on Jan 5,2018 I made a purchase for 53.78 and was told that my payment declined I called the bank and visa and both advised me that my payment went thru. So I went into the store with the bank and visa on the phone to confirm that my payment processed and they still wouldn't give me my items the manager and sales associate and the manager at headquarters all said this happens alot. So I now have to wait 3-5 business day to get my money back which the bank and visa advised me that the process in which that will happen. the payment will clear tomorrow morning and then I'll wait 3-5 business day for them to refund me my money. Scammers in the mean time I've filed a claim against them with the bank and the better business bureau. It might just be 50.00 but it's the principal of it all.

This is the best BBB fashion. I visit this location about 2 times minimum a week . They have great customer service!! They speak when you enter the store. They have lots to choose from!! I wish they opened and closed later but other than that I have no complaints!!

Every time I have money I come here to buy pants hats shirts boxers socks shoes and I come here to meet new people too and the staff is friendly the manager is real cool the prices are really cheap the clothes are nice name brand sore that has a name brand the underwear 2 or name brand everything at that store is name brand and cheap prices to everything and the staff helps you if you don't know what you're doing and everything

This place was pretty good they had everything you wanted only that they didn't have was a short shorts and t-shirt outfit they didn't have that but other than that damn everything good I like to BBB BBB Fashion just pretty good I can deal with that.😉😉😉😉.

Lost my brand new iPhone at the 35th Ave location, the staff was so helpful they pulled the video so I was able to see who took it and retrieve it...thanks guys......Oh and they have clothes there too.

Alot of good clothing, jewelry, shoes, purses and makeup (alot of other things) it was very clean and put together. The staff was nice. Definitely going to be going back😊
