More work will be needed so he set me up with a small list of items to plan when I am ready. Their system allowes you to gain points for service which will give you dollar values off your next visit. Very happy I went to Arbor tech. I needed a riding mower and not a big one because of my yard size and obstacles. A zero turn would not work. I lucked out they had a husqy 42 inch with a auto locking diff. That was exactly what I needed. The best part was they sold it to me based on the prices when they purchased it not current list. That saved me 800 dollars. They were transparent throughout the process and delivered the mower. The guy who delivered the mower was super nice and very friendly. All of my experience with arbor tech was positive and everyone was really friendly and welcoming. Thanks. I will look no where else for yard needs. It is nice to see good service and a local business, and not a big box store, still exists.

Fast and friendly service. They fixed my chainsaw's gas leak at a very reasonable price. I will be giving them all of my small engine repairs in the future.

We visited arbortech supply and the staff was friendly and very informative of the arbor gear available. They didn't have the size saddle we needed in the store so they offered to order a saddle for us. We are excited to get the new Notch saddle and kudos to the staff who informed and followed in-store policy and much appreciation to the store manager, April who went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase. I received great customer service from Arbor Tech. I am a first time buyer of a zero turn mower and felt Mike as well as the professional ladies behind the counter expertly guided me through the process in order for me to select the correct mower for my needs. Before purchasing the mower I was able to speak to their expert technicians to ensure I could properly maintain the mower in between scheduled professional maintenance times. As a veteran I was offered special pricing that fit my budget. I will recommend this professional organization to all my friends.

Great place! Great folks!! I needed a new cutting head for my FS50C weedeater. I did not want the original head it came with. April helped me order a new head, Danielle notified me two days later it was here, and two guys from behind the counter put it on for me and showed me the string feed. Their prices were good and the service above and beyond!! They took good care of this old vet!!

We came in to look at the Bad Boy lineup of zero turn mowers to replace one of our mowers. We were able to test drive a few different models and narrow our choices to a selection. The person helping us was knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. Because of our great experience, we went ahead and made our purchase the same day. We even paid a small fee to have our new mower delivered the same day since we had not brought our trailer with us. Great experience all around. Would highly recommend this store to anyone in the market for any yard care equipment.

The only place to go for your outdoor power equipment needs! The staff is always helpful, very knowledgeable, and super friendly. They won't try to sell you something that you don't need and listen when you tell them what you're looking for. I have bought multiple pieces of power equipment here and will continue to go back time after time. Such a great staff at arbor tech. Was looking at a different brand of mower when I initially called. April was so helpful in trying to find something Comparable to what I was looking at at a different store. She wasn’t pushy at all and went out of her way to help me. I will continue to use arbor tech for my future purchases!

We purchased a new Bennche Warrior Max. Got a great deal on a $20k plus machine. April and crew treated us well. We had one small warranty issue with the machine and Arbor Tech went above and beyond to have it repaired and back to us in a very timely fashion! They will be servicing this machine for us also even though they are 79 miles from us. They’ve earned my trust! Thanks for the great Side by Side guys!

Arbortech had all the Gravely mowers I was considering and let me operate and mow with any I wanted. This was great so I could really see what the differences are, and there are differences. Once I made my final decision it was easy. There was an issue with the machine having a broken wire, but April was able to get another identical machine in and I am very happy I went there. I will go back.

This place is a MILLION times better than the one we purchased our chainsaw at (we didn’t know this place was here before buying) We had an incident with our chainsaw and took it into them to buy a new chain. They took the time to show us how to put the chain on, had the mechanic come out and show us the blade was bent. Walked us through everything without us even asking. Best customer service I’ve seen ANYWHERE in a long time. We will purchase all of our equipment from them going forward.

Excellent stock, customer service, and professionalism! I will absolutely be shopping with them again :)
