IHOP

It's almost a perfect experience,so close. Clean the syrup bars on each table. Bad impression to have it all gunked up with syrup. Other than that, great atmosphere. As far as service. Not bad, it was good. The only issue is the waitress when speaking to us, barely made eye contact, and was looking at her other tables to make sure they were good as well. We never knew if she was talking to us or someone else. To be clear, I am nitpicking. It was a good overall experience. The shame is the little difference from being great. 👍

My experience here was great! Chris, our server, made this possible. He was very patient, welcoming and helpful. The food was great. Prepared well and met our expectations. It was served in timely manner. It was affordable. We were a party of 6 and the total was around $100. I am glad I stopped at this location during my long drive. THANKS IHOP, THANKS CHRIS!!

Definitely better service and way better food than Gainesville IHOP. Hayley J is an excellent server and she's on it with refilling drinks and delivering your food hot. I would recommend driving a few extra minutes past Gainesville to this establishment. Absolutely try the Big Steak recommended by Hayley and bring your appetite.

Have been visiting IHOPs for a LONG time. Always enjoyed them. The staff at Warrenton is always friendly and fast, and the food is very good and consistent. Thank you!

Food was excellent, place was great but you have to watch the wait staff on what u order, The menu has reasonable items at fair market value but when the wait staff itemize your order per item it is very expensive, would I go back maybe, saw a lot of senior citizens I hope they don't do the same to them

Went to Warrenton va I-hop. Food was delicious. So much to eat .I had to bring most of iit home. Roasted turkey,dressing, broccoli, salad, garlic toast, and pumpkin pie with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. So gd. Thank u all in Warrenton va I-hop for your good meal. May God bless u all

The pancakes were EXCELLENT, but the crispy chicken was definitely "crispy" on the outside & dry on the inside!!! Had to ask for lemon for my water twice! Saw 5 staff members standing around talking while a gentleman waited for 5 minutes before being greeted & seated. The icing on the cake was I asked for our bill, gave the waitress her more than generous tip, and then handed her money to pay our bill & she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted my change back!!!

After enjoying local Christmas lights display, we found this gem in a strip mall on our way home.

First impression, clean (parking lot and restaurant), not busy (4 tables), host (not happy we arrived).

8 adults/3 children
Ordered beverages, came out quickly and correctly. (Server did not return for coffee refill but another employee gladly assisted.)

Ordered meals, impressed the server’s willingness to split checks. We had no “complicated” orders but we were still impressed our orders were served at the same time.
No complaints about meal from the group.

Final impression:
* Host/Server had an off day(?) and others came to their rescue.
* Group member said women’s bathroom smelled like “dirty mop water”.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) staffing.
* Easily accommodated our large group.
* Everyone enjoyed their meal.

IHOP was a gracious host for our gathering.

Great for Seniors 55 and over can get it at half price on Wednesday

Ive always had a good experience here, the food is good and service is on point, never had to ask for a refill and never have to wait long for food, our waitress was super nice.

It was great food and the French toast were amazing. The service was superb.

As a senor citizen, the l/2 price dinners on Wednesday or fantastic. My fav s the 2x2x2 breakfast which is served 24/7. Love it! Service at the Warrenton I-hop is great. They are friendly and willing to do whatever is needed to make your dining a pleasure.

We had a Big group of 20 after my grandsons Dedication ceremony, and we had 1 waitress and she was the best! She got all our drinks out quickly and stayed on the refills!! Then the food came out and she was on top of everything! What a great experience!

Everything from food to service to waitress (Maggie) was excellent. I really appreciate Karlos (manager) who was sooo very accommodating. We had a blast there in Warrenton celebrating my dad's 🎉83rd Heavenly Birthday Dinner Party🎉. Everything was GREAT!

Our family is new to Warrenton and we love some IHOP. We ordered online and picked up on a busy Sunday am. The gentleman at the front register was very polite and asked me to check my order while I was there to confirm everything was correct. He said if not, please let me know and I will make it right for you. Everything was perfect. All of the food was hot and delicious! We will be back we were very impressed. Food was on time and waiting for me as well. Thanks IHOP !

Had brunch here during a holiday weekend. 11 of us (kids to adults) were eating here. They were very accommodating to our large party. We were seated fairly quickly given our party size. The service was wonderful. They were very good and patient to the kids. Our party size was majority spanish as first or primary language and I liked that they had bilingual staff. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs. Food was warm and cooked to order. Overall we very much enjoyed our experience; left full and satisfied.
