Sam's Club

We did not go in today . But the delivery service to our car was amazing. The young man was greatly happy that I talked with him and appreciated him. I also helped mo e my groceries into our jeep. Thank you young man for being such a kind d respectful worker.

West Jordan Sam's Club went above and beyond in helping us prepare for a large event. Not only was our large order ready on time and correct, they even helped us load it. The employees were very helpful and we plan on using them again!

This Sams club seems to have the happiest staff making it a pleasure to visit. Having early opening for Sams Plus members is great. Not that it is always mega busy but normally in the morning there is hardly anybody around. You can get in, get what you need and be home before Costco even opens. Food options are good and the parking is super close.

Everything you need in bulk-size quantities. I usually am able to find what I need here. Also, the cafe is great! Come for the items, stay for the cafe food!

I do pick ups from here once a week for my business and Lee is always so cheerful and willing to help out his co workers with our orders (which are typically large). The rest of the staff is great too!

The customer service at this location is better than any. We love all the workers here. Especially Angie!

At 7am, my brother and I were in a tremendous rush and did not notice that the doors didn't open until 8am. Eryn was outside dropping off an order for a curbside pick up and noticed us. She came over, asked if we needed help, then had us download the Sam's Club app and taught us about "Scan and Go". She then asked us what we needed and ran into the store and got it for us in less than 10 minutes. We know this is not a normal thing and won't expect this special treatment, but I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Eryn that helped us that morning (7/17/2023). She Also helped her company that day, by not losing a customer.

Today I had a mess of a situation in regards to my key fob for my car i purchased last year through a sams club vendor. Luke who helped me first was probably the most patient and engaged rep i've ever come across. I mean h was in it to win it and help me solve this problem. After we got stuck his manager Angie came to the rescue. She solved my problem for me right away, and when the vendor made me feel like she was accusing me of fraud basically and of cheating Angie really did come to my defense and I have to sayI absolutley felt incredibly supported. I've had a super rough week this week and this was just one more problem and I'm truly grateful for Luke and Angie and making one thing go right for me this week. I spent hours today trying to solve th problem myself and when i couldn't they got it done and I just feel like the world should know that!! Thanks again guys!!

Great prices on gas, not really but better than almost all other gas stations. Because nowhere is good on prices until the oil companies and OPEC stop gouging oil prices

Scan and go is the best ever!!! No more lines. I come here all the time I use my phone to shop and check out it awesome. Also it keep all my receipt in one place for easy return as well. Great price and bulk shopping

Excellent selection and the cafe offers the best, hands down, beef hotdogs.

Using the Sam's app is a very convenient way to scan and pay for all my items. Having a quick access to a wide variety of products at a great price is also a awesome way to get most of what I need in just one place

Today was just to get gasoline ⛽ they have a food court and a pharmacy. The pharmacy is great with the service they give. Service was great

Carolyn, in the auto section, replaced my battery for me while my wife and children were stranded near the fuel center during a storm.

Sometimes people with disabilities are hesitant to ask for help. In my case I never shop here alone, usually most items I need are too heavy. I sure lucked out with Steve yesterday. He was so helpful and kind as he loaded my cart for me. He said to mention at checkout that I would need help to my car. I'm sorry I didn't get the names of the 2 people who helped me as they were very very busy. They all made my shopping experience fantastic.

I wish I got the names but the 3 workers that helped me apply for card were very nice and explained all the benefits that it was a no brainer to apply thank you. Also the store was organized cant wait to go back
