I have to say the customer service by Brian was absolutely amazing he was super helpful answered all of our questions and he even directed us to the few items we needed so this made the shopping process much easier quick and efficient because of Brian we need more customer service employees like him in other places but we appreciate him at this Walgreens because we come in here quite often and it's always nice to have a friendly face and great customer service thanks again Brian

Night shift, Jose, Bryan, and Salam are one of the best workers I have ever encountered. Night time is the best. Customer service is superb .. amazing by this walgreens and their employees.

Idk, I have always experienced GREAT customer service here. Occasionally a long line at check out, but that doesn't bother me bc of the employee shortage. This week, the drive thru pharmacy tech really deserves all the praise, bc on Tuesday I drove up running late for work, off my meds for days... I freaked out a bit on the tech bc I'd missed the window to pick up my rx and didn't have time to wait to get it, so I drove off crying. She got my rx ready anyway and I was able to pick it up later. So THANK YOU - idk if you'll see this but I appreciate you and thank you so much for wishing me a good day.

Best pharmacist ever and the techs are equally kind. They surprise me when they go out if their way to help you like calling my doctor to refill before even getting there, telling the doctor that the prescription needs updating all without me having to ask. They are also fast.

Brilliant Service at Pharmacy considering all the wonderful public giving them grief because their world is much important than everyone else and shouldn't have to wait in line. Well done!!

GEneration xyz............. what to say matt is the best behind the photo shop .................love him get me going in less than five minute......................2 blocks away .......kedzie and montrose guy don't even have a clue what to do......................but thx to the manager instead of calling corporate office.......... told me to goto on irving park and kedzie............ good marketing and sales skills ...........i was ditching walgreens for good................again thanks matt.........@photoshop .. hashtag..........#lol

I like this location. They kept the lot plowed recently and I was able to find what I needed quickly.
