AT&T Store

We went to another AT&T store and felt like we were being lied to. We went right over to the store on Meijer Dr. and were treated great! Chad Burbrink was great. Took great care of us!

Love these guys!! Pone and Chad are always super helpful. We use them for help over calling customer service whenever possible. They’re always finding ways to save us money and they do it with an upbeat attitude and a smile. Thanks again!

Simply amazing! Chris was incredibly patient and knowledgeable and went far beyond your typical employee as far as customer support and customer satisfaction goes. The rest of the team were also Amazing! Isaiah, Anthony, and Karen were always great at jumping in with any questions we had. Thank you all for a great experience, definitely 10000 better than the Coliseum store.

We visited the Meijer Drive AT&T location to upgrade a phone for my mom, and add a line for an Apple Watch. The two gentlemen were professional and thorough in helping us with our cellular needs. Keep up the great work!

Went to the store at Maysville location. Karen and Aaron were fantastic! Had a couple issues I needed help with. Very knowledgeable, patient, kind. Thankful for them and the experience I had! Walked out with an awesome new phone as well!

You need a new phone and you’re worried about going to AT&T because it will take awhile or you will get bad service? Worry no more as AT&T on Meijer drive is awesome! Pone takes care of me on every single thing I need no matter how big or small they may be! Tonight he set up 2 new lines for me within 30 mins!

isiah and the manager at this store were very understanding of what i wanted and made it happen . they are very good at talking normal to customers (unlike t-mobile) and it was very appreciated how quickly they got us set and ready to go . awesome guys ! 10/10 would go back and recommend to anyone .

Karen the store assistant was helping another customer when I got there and she finished up with the other customer and was extremely nice and helpful. She did an awesome job at helping me out with getting a new phone and plan

All 3 gentlemen working in the AT&T store on Meijer Drive in Ft.Wayne were very friendly and acknowledged each person who entered. The tech who solved my issue went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with my purchases.

Awesome service!! Get experience!! Isaiah helped me and my wife a very chill atmosphere had alot of questions and he answered everyone of them had a 3G phone was needing a 5G phone he showed us a few phones that would fit us I got to say a great fit thank you Isaiah. Amazing!!!

Isaiah and Karen did a GREAT job explaining the Home Tech upgrade for our plan. My wife got a new phone and we saves some money each month, a win win for us. Can't wait for her new phone to arrive. 👍👍😁😁

Sarah has been helping me for years and is the best! Shes very beautiful, nice, professional, and down to earth. Also the guy with ponytail is cool too he knows his stuff. Think his name is Brandon. Great place.

Tori was knowledgeable about the various plans and promotions. She told me about a promotion off the top of her head that another store did not tell me about 1/2 hour earlier and that employee had to look up everything online.
The store doesnt have a huge stock but if you are looking for info, Tori was good to me.
