AT&T Store

Karyn at the Moore, Ok store assisted me 2 days in a row. The most knowledgeable agent I have ever dealt with at ATT. Knew his business, processes, and was extremely effective and efficient throughout my issue. Guided me perfectly on every step and process. It was very comfortable working with him!!

Simon was awesome. He was fast, efficient and knowledgeable while we were there getting set up with new phones. This was a 3 hour ordeal at any other ATT store but Simon got us in and out in 30 minutes while keeping interesting conversations going the whole time. He made our dreaded ATT store visit a fun time!

Simon is a great asset to your company.

The lady Serena and the other guy (I am sorry forgot his name) helped me this morning greatly! I have't had any other AT&T store help me as much as they did. I have serveral medical issues, they helped me make smooth change over to my phone. I would honestly recommend this store to any family members or friends. Thank you again for all your help.

Clinton was very knowledgeable and very helpful with the phones and he let me make my own decision on the phone and wasn't pushy at all. Sometimes in the past I've had salesmen be pushy on more expensive phones like to make a bigger sale saying it was so much better. Clinton had good things to say about all the apple products!

Came in to inquire about apple watches, Kadyn was the absolute best and super patient and helpful with all our questions. Ended up walking out with 2 watches. Thank you Kadyn!

I feel like a new person!! I went to this store expecting to be there for hours. That is typically what happens when I would go to my previous AT&T store. Sirena called me over right away without a wait. Kadyn new exactly what was I was needing to do with my son’s phone and had it done within MINUTES! Sirena updated my profile quickly (something the previous AT&T store told me was too much of a hassle and they couldn’t do it). Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will never go to another AT&T store again! This is my one stop shop. 🤗

Just go into a store. The automated line and call in lines are horrible. Every company screws up phone addressed issues, AT&T gives us the option of a face to face team that works hard and is paid well for their help.

Store manager and staff did above and beyond helping me and my wife get on the same plan.

Came in to get a new phone since I had dropped mine in water and it barely worked, spoke with Chris and he was able to help me and he went above and beyond and the customer service he displayed was phenomenal. He answered all my questions and let me test out a couple different phones before I decided to get the S22 Ultra. He was very kind and I was able to have an actual conversation with him unlike other stores I've gone to where they have made me feel dumb for asking questions or trying to start a conversation. I will definitely be coming back here on my next upgrade or even to get the newest galaxy watch soon(:

I walked into the store and was greeted with a cheerful smile right at the door! The salesman was very helpful and answered all of my questions! This is by far is one of my favorites stores! Will be coming back soon!

The AT&T store located in Moore oklahoma off 19th st, has the best customer service EVER! Sirena was so great to work with. She immediately took away any anxiety I had about switching mobile carriers and went above and beyond helping out my entire family. She was amazing and so very helpful. This store and manager should be very grateful to have her as an employee! This is how customer service should look. Thank you Sirena!

I went into the store inquiring about the iPhone 14. The representative by the name Elton Cheneau helped me. He was very well knowledge of all the iPhone and helped me get a better understanding of plans and which would best fix my budget. I would recommend Elton to EVERYBODY that comes into the store. I went into this store feeling like a complete disaster. My phone wasn't working and my life's work is on it. However, Nikolas came to my rescue and fixed all my worries. Instead of feeling like a disaster, I was filled with laughter! Thanks Nik!

I had a visit with Noah yesterday at the store in Moore, on 19th street and my family and I were very impressed and happy with the customer service. We visited to ask about an upgrade and ended up leaving with a new plan, and two new phones ordered because there was not a question he wasn’t prepared to give an answer for and made clear and helpful suggestions. He was very friendly, informative, and accommodating. He have no complaints about our visit and would recommend our rep and location. We had a visit 7 months ago in Yukon and the rep made it clear she was getting off work shortly by taking a casual, personal phone call while with us and didn’t actually help us with what we were asking for. This most recent visit was a stark contrast.

Serena was absolutely amazing! She was kind, fast, efficient, and helpful. I truly appreciated how much she helped me during that frustrating time. She was very friendly and helpful.

What an amazing crew! Will went above and beyond to assist us. He was very knowledgeable and helped us get the best deal. While I was waiting on Will to set everything up I enjoyed a nice conversation with Tracy. All of this staff was so friendly I will be using this location from now on.

Zak at this at&t store was awesome. He helped us out alot. Even though we are disconnecting our service, he helped us more than once with our questions. I highly recommend this location. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the location at 2670 so.I-35 service road. I won't go there again .

Ryan was very helpful! He took the time to get our service switched from Verizon, setup new phones, and put on screen protectors and cases. We greatly appreciate the time he spent answering our questions. The rest of the crew was very friendly. This was by far the best customer service we’ve had at any cellphone store (AT&T and Verizon).
