AT&T Store

I had to return a phone that I had originally purchased over the phone through AT&T. It was a frustrating process dealing with a return over the phone and they recommended I go into an AT&T store. Jared was great, he took care of everything that I couldn’t get done over the phone, it took some time but we got it done and I did get a credit to my account. Thanks for helping me through this process, Jared!

I have been struggling with AT&T’s call center to accomplish a change to my family’s account. It has been a very frustrating experience and I was on the cusp of terminating my relationship. Today, I came into the Hooksett store and had the pleasure of dealing with Jared. He was knowledgeable and very persistent in his pursuit of a solution. I left the store satisfied……having expanded my mobile relationship. I haven’t gone so far as to become a Direct TV customer yet but………Jared is very persuasive.

Stopped in today and had a great customer experience with the help of Jared. He was able to get us sorted with leaving our previous provider and into a new plan and phone upgrade. He was both informative and polite. Highly recommended. Thank you Jared.

I had the best customer service experience I’ve had in years today at this store. Shane and his manager Judy were amazing. They helped me with upgrading my plan, getting me a better deal and monthly payment than I’ve had as well as adding lines and new phones for the same price I already pay! They were great! Top notch experience from beginning to end! Thanks Shane and Judy!

I came in because my Samsung was broken and Shane helped me get a brand new pixel that I love and he got me a great deal. My favorite thing about my new pixel is that it's easy to use and it's friendly for us old people. Shane welcomed us right away and was very knowledgeable. He treated us with respect and gave us the best solution for us! He's great and we will be back!

Judy was the best, absolutely helpful and she help was able to get a lot of new stuff for the best price today. I really appreciate it everything she thanks a lot and much love. But Shane was a beast, the most helpful and knew what he was doing.
