Derek was wonderful!! He was helpful, friendly and informative. He answered all our questions about an issue quickly and understandably. He then helped me buy a new phone with an awesome discount. He's awesome and deserves a raise!

Came into the store today to get an early upgrade and setup. Worked with Javen and he was excellent. Walked through everything and perfect to deal with. Recommend working with him.

Javen was extremely helpful in assisting my elderly neighbor Connie. Connie’s account was fraudulently accessed causing her account to be restricted allowing no incoming or outgoing calls. Javen stayed after store was due to close and made sure Connie had access to her phone. Javen went above and beyond showing me that Verizon is the best carrier to work with.

Staff was super helpful and fixed my phone problem right away! I was on the phone with Verizon tech support almost two hours, and the Verizon store staff fixed my issue in less than ten minutes! Would definitely go back:)
