Brian is a really nice guy that carries shiners, hard and soft baits as well as some terminal tackle and other necessities for getting out. Lots of local knowledge for different species of fish. Also, he is located inside a convenience store so you can get everything at one store. Support small business!

This was my first time in the shop and was treated like a prefered customer. I was about to take my grandson fishing for our first time. The gentlemen was extremely helpful and patiently explained how to hook the live shiners he recommended and gave me some useful tips. Every thing worked out and he caught 2 large mouth bass and now thinks there's nothing to this fishing thing. Bottom line is I'm very grateful for the service and product at the West Boca Bait and Tackle.

its a gift to have a well stocked LIVE bait shop within my West Sunrise / Broward location. Brian is a very personable guy that takes time to pull out fatty shiners for you. $10 a dozen is quite a fair price considering the size and quality of bait you're getting. They stay alive and kicking throughout the day, enticing fish to strike harder and more often. Thanks to them, I've landed my personal bests in Snook, largemouth and Peacock bass. You guys rule !!

For you people who say $10 for a dozen shiners is a rip off what is he supposed to do give them away for free?Go catch your own or use fake bait this is the Best bait shop around with the best shiners I always catch with them and Brian is really helpful with anything u need to know

Literally the best shiners in a 30 mile radius. Stayed alive for 2 days in a bucket. Been there multiple times always good, best shiners for aure. Also the cheapest somehow
