Hannah is an absolute treat, don't listen to the Karen's in the other reviews. Anyone willing to come for someone's look is sad.

I’m building a pc soon and after lunch I went into gamestop with my mom while she went to go look at some games I asked the gal behind the counter for the best keyboard and mouse! She was so helpful I forgot her name but she recommended a good mouse too! She’s earned a raise

Went in to purchase Helldivers 2 for PS5 and preorder another game. the woman with green hair was very nice and helpful during the whole process.

Girl with the green hair was SUPER helpful, normally I don't get hardware protection but she made some solid points.

The girl Hannah was really great. She assisted me every way she could and made sure I was satisfied before I left. I'd return here just for her.

This place is awesome. The girl working today was using the fullest of customer service. My PS4 controller, of four years, started to act funny. Right analog stick is messed up a bit on the vertical. She ran a diagnostic, and confirmed my suspicions about the controller. Upon asking if they made repairs, she said they did not. She did, however, refer me to a nearby location that could have possibly fixed it. I'll be getting a new controller. She was absolutely fantastic.

We have always come to this store! The customer service has been awesome every single time we come in for the past 8 years! Definitely recommend it. If they don't have something you are looking for, they will call around to find it and have that location put it on hold for you!! Also ask for Logan!! Always a pleasure doing business here. Often have special bonus deals for number of items purchased or if you preorder something(game) often will give you a bonus gift(poster or key chain). Knowledgeable and friendly staff

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They are knowledgeable about new releases and we'll informed about the latest gaming news. GameStop has a bad rep for not giving their customers much for trade-ins but that is not the staff's fault.

The new location is much nicer than the last building, with the inside much more organized and easy to shop.

GameStop takes not only current video games and systems in trades, but also broken or working phones, tablets, and retro games/systems. They don't take or sell DVDs though.

Chris no longer works at this store, and while I miss him, the newer staff is still friendly and super helpful.

I really like the manager kyle. He knows his stuff and just a all over nice guy, some of the other staff isnt as good as he is but he is 100%.. go see kyle if you need any help!

I never post reviews but people don't get enough credit for doing a good job and then get bad reviews when people are upset. Kyle at this Gamestop was super helpful. The machine wouldn't give me my beta code so he wrote my number down and called me the next day. And then called me today..weeks later.. To let me know about the mk release party. He was kind and helpful and that sort of thing makes me want to come back to this Gamestop over some others. I definitely recommend coming here. Thank you
