Absolutely great staff! “Robert” was extremely helpful and has the best customer service skills I have seen in a long time! I stayed on the phone with GameStop Customer Service Support team for almost an hour trying to work out issue for a return. They was not helpful! I called the store directly and Robert was able to help me today in less than 5 minutes! He is AWESOME!!! Thanks Robert. - Comatrice

What can i say about this GameStop and their crew? Robert, Jordan, Tristan and Sean. The guys and gals of that store are the most down to earth people you can meet. Robert, this past visit, picked the new Pokémon Silver Tempest Elite Trainer Box and i would recommend for people to let him pick the products. Out of the ETB we had 6 out of 8 hits and that main hit, my little sister pulled was the Alt Art Lugia. The employees there become your friends and make sure that you’re satisfied with your visit!

Kaylin was absolutely amazing in helping me figure out how to get my Xbox One voice commands up and running for Formula1 2020. She was super friendly and incredibly informative! She exuded intelligence beyond what Microsoft and even Turtle Beach knew. She resolved my problems within seconds of me asking her and it took Microsoft an entire hour of charting online with them to give me the same answer!! Turtle Beach was no different, they had ZERO solutions for the issue of understanding why the Voice Command would not work. What blew my mind and why I absolutely needed to get on google and write a review was that she knew exactly what the voice commands were for and how the MFD worked. PROBLEMO SOLVED BY KAYLIN!! Thanks again for all your wonderful help. You are the best!!

Are you broke? No? Do you want to be? If you said "heck yeah!" Then come on down! This place has every game you need. To can buy enough games to melt your brain into sludge. Now if this place would just start selling snacks and sodas, you'd have everything you need to get to 400lbs.

It was my first time at this GameStop. Kaylin assisted me. She made several suggestions as to what to get a teenager as a gift. She knew exactly what she was talking about and took her time explaining what each item was and how it worked. This of course made me very comfortable and willing to purchase something while making an informed decision. I really appreciate when someone does that. If the GameStop corporate office is reading this you should give her a raise and promote her as soon as possible. She is a very valuable asset to your company. If you don't know what to get your teenager just asked for her and she'll take care of you.

This is the best Gamestop around the NE side area and even further. The employees are all very nice and helpful. The store manager Jordan goes above and beyond.

I love this GameStop in schertz the employees are really friendly very helpful. I use to go to the one s both in converse TX and the one in the forum. But now I keep going to the one here in schertz Texas. Because they a very nice and helpful. They go out of their way to help customers. And now a days that's hard to find.

Great selection of games! The staff is also very knowledgeable and in the know. They take the time to talk you through any large purchase and never any pressure to buy.
