Waiting days for a reply to my numerous emails sent as well as a call back. Brighton bag purchase of $295.00 charged to my credit card and no sign of get bag anytime soon.

I ordered a piece of jewelry on May 26 and paid $10 for shipping. As of today's date, I have not received my package, it hasn't even shipped. They respond to my emails by telling me they'll get back to me but don't. I've requested a cancellation and refund. Once again they respond that they'll take care of it but don't. Stay far away from this place! I'm still trying to get my money back.
