Big Lots

I always have good luck finding what I need. The store is clean and well organized.

Big Lots is an amazing store. I have been looking everywhere for a folding tray table and stores are out of them. Several Target and Walmart locations show they have them in stock at the stores. I traveled to 4 of those locations and they are sold out despite their website showing otherwise. Anyway I call Big Lots and was told by the young man that they had 4 two pack tray tables in stock for 25.99 each. So I went and picked up a two pack tonight. I also got this beautiful black marble print insulated cup/hydroflask for $12 bucks and some fluffy black bathroom rugs.

I appreciate Randi’s customer service. They didn’t have what I needed and & w/out me having to ask she called around for it, & wrote down the address to where I cld pick it up. 5k stars.

Purchased a recliner. Called ahead to verify stock and they placed a 24hr hold until I could get there to pick it up. Very helpful staff.

Big is one of my favorite stores. I was looking for Activated Charcoal Epsom salt body wash and Big Lots is the only store that carries it.🤗

Got an email a couple days ago informing me of a reward I had acquired...a free DVD of my choice for $5 or under...as a result of points accumulated from previous purchases. Ummmm...yes, please! Went to collect my free reward and still ended up spending $30. They have the best deals. I love this store! Will definitely return!

I love Big Lots! I especially love this store. It's always clean and organized. Most of all I LOVE, LOVE Sam. Sam is the most personable and helpful employee here. He always greets you with a smile and asks if you need any help. Doesn't matter where he is in the store if you ask for him he will meet you where you are. He is the most knowledgeable employee there - knows about all the Big Lots programs and opportunities. He lives and breathes the Big Lots brand and is truly proud of the company he works for and what he does. He is the most valuable employee they have and I hope he never leaves. I love you Sam! Thank you for being the awesome man you are! Looking forward to many more years of shopping experiences with you!

Full of Christmas Beautiful and Joy everywhere. I so enjoyed my shopping today for myself and for gifts. Customer service was great and I have some great ideas, for some last minute shopping and new house decor after the first of the year!

Looking for a dining room table and chairs they had a good selection and the sales rep same to go out his way to help me even though I didn't choose to buy one right now if I did they would be on top of my list for price and quality

typical big lots. if you have never been they sell everything from a couch to candy. I went in for a toy set for my daughter they didn't have it but another one did. friendly staff they assisted me with trying to locate the item and were more helpful and courteous than I had expected.

Was looking for something specifically. They did not have it so I left. This store is always neat and clean. Workers are always nice and they always greet you when you enter store. I love to shop there.

They have remodeled and rearranged the store. Expect to find quality items from furniture to food at discount prices. There is a large variety of items some not found at many other retailers in the area. As always comparative shop, if you do you'll find some nice bargains

If you go there find a worker name Joe. Everyone else didn't know anything but him. He made my trip to Big Lots pleasant and easy. He works at Charlotte Pike store as well.

This store was immaculate and has a large variety of furniture, home furnishings and so much more. This is not the Big Lots that I have visited in the past. To me it beats all other stores and a must check out!
