Great experience with the installation crew, they mounted our TV and answered all our questions. The original TV we purchased would not work for the opening we have and they returned it to the store and brought another one that would work the same day.

Small but friendly employees. Best Buy is my favorite store anywhere I go. Home theater employees were very nice and helpful.

We don't go to town very often but we stopped off at Best Buy after an apt't. I told the man I wanted to replace our recently deceased kitchen TV and wanted a 1080 with the ROKU app installed. He showed us 3 TV's and we were out the door in 15 min. Good service. He was friendly and helpful. Can't ask for more than that.

A salesperson was sent over to help me with the product I wanted to purchase. I was informed on what the product would do and not do. The service was good.

Getting my iPhone screen fixed with the Geek Squad was an amazing experience! And everyone else in the store was super friendly and willing to help.

It's a bit small compared to my old Best Buy, but everyone there was friendly and helpful.

Jovanna at the front desk was so kind and efficient to look up my iPad model for me. She then called Harrison to come assist with my needs. Harrison was perfectly knowledgeable about the products and was curious about the problem I had experienced with a keyboard. He was ready with a solution.
He was so knowledgeable that I felt comfortable enough asking about a solution to a different issue. He showed me the phones designed for elderly users, which were indeed much more simple. But I mentioned the problem we were having was trying to use the tiny screen keyboard on mom’s phone. Problem solved: a Bluetooth keyboard that holds her phone!! Mom couldn’t be happier, and everyone she wants to text is too!

Found the best deal on a Surface Pro (Go version) for my wife!!! The sales department needs more sales personnel!!! The young men that day were trying their best to help numerous customers at once!!!! The front door customer assistant had to leave his post to help me and my wife because the other very few salesmen were so busy!!!!!

Bought a bigass tv, more than I had planned but it looks good on my wall. Hopefully it lasts for a while. It's definitely a family favorite for movie time. Best part is the bed lifts up for the perfect viewing angle. Deuces Best buy thanks. Hopefully you won't be selling me TV's anytime soon
