Homedepot tool rentals have are great well considering the problem your dealing with thier service is excellent the snakes for plumbing are good just make sure they are not kinked & work properly

Had a custom blind cut to size to fit my grandson's very large window. The cut was perfect and easy to hang in his bedroom.

Ran into an issue with tracing some RG6 cables. I love how Home Depot carries Klein tools. These tools are the best..!!!

Staff was wonderful and when I asked any of them about something, they all knew about the product and if they didn't, they would either call another employee or walk with you until they can answer your question properly and fast.

Always friendly and helpful staff at my local Home Depot. Every employee offers to help you even if it's not their department, which is pretty impressive. Customer service has pretty much dissolved but not here! Kudos to the training staff!

Did not find what we needed on a day, but the assistant manager who helped us was amazing. Knew her products, and made some recommendations to help. She helped well and although I found what I needed elsewhere, she saved me time and grief searching anyways, and I am back to producing paintings, thank you nice lady!

Absolutely loved this place. Great staff, clean facility, fun for my five year old and my two year old. Massage chairs for adults , which I loved and spent a good thirty minutes in. Arcade games. Fantastic slides, completely safe, even my two year old was able to conquer and I had no worries at all. This is a great place to take your kids. They will love. We did!!!

I was building a Bass Guitar, they had 90% of what I was looking for! The 10% were specialty items I knew wouldn't be there.

I want to highlight one of their employees named “Kevin.” I had went to 5 other HD stores looking for a Dewalt Cordless 1/2” drive ratchet. All the stores showed that they had them available, but I couldn’t get one store…nor one employee to truly look for what they showed they had in stock…until, I got to Madison HD and met Kevin. He searched the other stores, made calls and finally found me one. It took him a week to get this done. Today, he called me and told me that it would ship to my home via UPS. If every store had a “Kevin” like the one at Madison, they could operate on 50 percent less employees. He is the “real deal” when it comes to customer service. Whoever takes the time to read this and is in need of something from the Madison HD store, look for Kevin…he is a world-class person and employee. He needs to be a store manager so he can set the tone for others in his store…and in Home Depot. Well done Kevin…you are a God-send!!

Needed a 50" deck belt for Cub Cadet Ultima ZT1, this is where I bought the mower. There are two other Home Depot's closer to me, but this one, though not as big, always seems to deliver what I need and the staff are always helpful and seem to have the experience and knowledge to take care of what you need.

I always great to go here They have everything. Reasonably priced. Clean store. Workers are always willing to help. Spacious parking area. ✨✨✨
