Not gonna lie I haven't been in this game stop in 14 years, so it has changed quite a bit from what I remember. Super spacious which I love. The environment just had a cool vibe to it. Worker was friendly, nice, and very helpful. They had very cool anime things such as socks, hats, board games, etc. Big naruto fans, so we stopped and took a picture of a nice bag and shirt.

Huge store! I've never seen a Gamestop this big before and carry so much stuff. The staff were friendly too. I had a great visit.

By far the BEST GameStop I have ever stepped into. So full of merchandise from different fandoms, super organized and clean, the cashier was really helpful with giving directions to another GameStop and even called ahead so that they could hold the item I was trying to get. The amount of FigPins they have are absolutely insane. I even managed to find a Shinobu Kochō FigPin(harder to find than ya think). If you’re anything like me, someone that loves merch, please come here. (I found a super cute Sailor Moon bottle here too)

I love my GameStop store here in Hialeah I have been coming to it for many years and always go in and get what I need.

The customer service is always A1. The associates always answer all my questions.

Stopped in this store this past Sunday and the folks there were very helpful and friendly. Simple and easy to shop there. I will make sure to stop when in the area. Great store, and great service!

Great selection and helpful staff. The associate humored and helped my daughter pick her first game and she was so excited to pay with her own christmas gift card. Had the experience great and we left with smiles. Looking forward to her picking hwr next game and even a cool game related to next time.

Anybody who's been to GameStop nose that being that it's a store dedicated to gaming you're going to pay much more. They do have a lot of sales but you have to be on them paying attention to when the sale comes up. As far as quality customer service they do pretty good in that department. The lines are a little long cuz usually they only have one person working. And this I rate it based on the amount of times that I've been there. Sometimes there's two employees. So it's kind of hard if you're trying to look for a specific game you pretty much have to wait till the guy at the register is done so that he can step out and give you a hand. Other than that you have very good stock all the games. The best thing that I like is the employees seem to be Gamers themselves so that gives you an advantage as to a heads up on what you're purchasing. To me that's a plus. Go by and give him a try pretty sure you're going to be happy.

Its a pretty decent sized big gamestop alot of options for games of course the pricing is what you would expect from a gamestore overall the staff are friendly and helpful on this trip i didnt buy anything but i will definitelybe back real close to my day job 🎉so all around i give them a A+ grade from what i seen passing through casually google me Dakidkrazy ima verified rapper music out on all your platforms

From what I've seen of a couple of years going there this place is awesome. The employees are cool and nice too. My favorite experience was the Mario Odyssey release. I was there at 11 something, came in and got a ticket, and we waited in a line that reached outside. I got the game at around 12:30 AM and also got an Odyssey Cappy hat. As much as GameStop has been criticized, I still love this store.

Staff is always helpful and goes the extra mile to help me find what I am looking for. It's best to be a Pro member, there are many benefits, Even a Game Informer magazine subscription.

I have never had a bad experience at Gamestop. All my video game needs are met here, even nerdy Otaku apparel and other miscellaneous things of the sort! This location in specific has to be the biggest locale for Gamestop I have been to. The staff here were very friendly and helpful.

I've been coming to this GameStop for nearly 20 Years, and the Staff here have been nothing but good to me, and I've treated them like Family to this day and Vice Versa, and I LOVE THEM TO PIECES. The Store Manager Melissa who USED to Run the 68th Street GameStop near my house is a NICE DICTATOR.

Great place for video games. The employees are kind, and don't push memberships. The store is clean, and there is something in there for everyone.
