AT&T Store

After waiting quite a bit at an “authorized reseller” without ever even seeing an employee, I left and drove the six miles to the nearest official AT&T store and boy, am I glad I did. I was greeted immediately upon walking in and, after a short wait, was assisted by a young man named Khalil. He was quick, courteous and knew his stuff. He got my daughter’s phone working almost immediately and sent me on my way with no charge. It’s so nice to have a positive customer service experience and to be helped by someone with such a good attitude. It made my day a little brighter. I’ll drive the extra distance to make this store my “home” location for any AT&T issues from now on. Thanks, Khalil and company!

Best customer service ever! Never had a problem with this location, been using it for a while. Jenna and Toni walked my family through a complicated, multi phone transfer with no problems. Took about 2 hours too, they had no problem investing the time in us. We will continue to use this location.

Melvin and his managers Antoinette and Kayla were amazing. They made sure to take care of all my needs. The entire staff was friendly. I love this team relationship and how they interact with each other.

Kayla & Chris were so incredibly helpful by lowering my cell phone bill & also adding on cable & home internet. They both are extremely knowledgeable and made this whole experience painless! Cannot recommend this AT&T location enough!

Amber gave me excellent customer service she went up and beyond and the store staff treating me like family.

Ian is great. He resolved all our issues and gave great recommendations. Also was able to get my mother-in-law set up with an out of state number. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Ian, Toni, & Kayla provided amazing service with the purchase of an iphone 15. They also cleaned up my ipad and gave me tips on how to get the best of my products and services!

Amber is amazing every time I come into this store I notice amber treats everyone with the same courtesy no matter the age social status she is bright and knowledgeable. Conversational and loves her job! I always come and set up a appointment with amber. She is the best one yet and I love her! If it was not for amber I would take my business elsewhere! She is amazing and she needs to be recognized she gets 10 stairs and if I could give her 10 stars I would!!!
