Oh my gosh! This shop is great! I needed a wheelchair, then a bedside commode, then a raised toilet seat, and one more trip for second wheelchair . It's a quick easy place to walk in and find anything you need super quickly and BAM, you are on your way!

Great experience. Mitch helped me with setting up my nebulizer and answered all my questions. I reco.me d highly for any medical supply you might need.

I recommend this place to everyone!!! I had surgery 3 weeks ago and the hospital gave me crutches. I am in sales so using crutches and staying off my foot for 3 weeks is difficult. Someone referred me to Mitch and that was the best recommendation I have ever received! I was able to rent those scooters where you place your knee on it. Extremely affordable and Mitch’s customer service is hands down the best. I was able to allow my ankle to heal from surgery, continues my job duties, and do it at an amazing rate(My out of pocket cost for the scooter rental through my insurance was 3x the cost Mitch charged me)

Thank you Mitch! I will be recommending you to everyone I know and will continue to come back to you!

Mitch is the greatest. I am in rehab at Chatsworth and he had the perfect walker for me. I even have a pouch for my book and phone. My girlfriend picked it up but Mitch would have even dropped it off to me! Makes having hip replacement surgery easy when you have people like Mitch!

He is always happy to accommodate questions about products and their proper use, as well as make repairs to mobility walkers, etc.

He really is interested in discussing the products and devices that most appropriately fit the patients’ needs.

If you want to feel better then go here, not for the medicine or the scooter necessarily, but to interact with Mitch, that might be all you need to feel better. He’s a walking, breathing pain reliever. He’s Prozac with legs. Love this place, will be back.

Look no more. Gardens Medical Supplies is the place to be. From the moment you walk in, Mitch is ready to help with all your medical needs. Just bought a transfer wheelchair for my father who broke his hip, and Mitch took the time to explain how the chair works, how to fold it, took off the plastic packaging for me, etc. Very fair with pricing, and Mitch was kind enough to give my two elderly parents in their mid 80’s a small discount on the wheelchair. Now THATS what I call customer service. Thank you Mitch, and we will be back!! We already referred some friends your way! Thank you!!!!!

Can I just say I have never done a google review but the absolutely pristine service I witnessed today here I had to do something. I had to let people know how AMAZING the staff here treated me and my very sick daughter. Long story short after several hours and several pharmacies I found this place who I called to ask of they had nebulizers they did so I went over to purchase. Meanwhile getting a call from CVS telling me they didnt have the 2 scripts I dropped off in stock. So after trying to transfer to publix who doesnt take my insurance to watching my daughter literally not being able to breath this man took time oit of his very busy job to go above and beyond to track down where my scripts were and have them transferred to him and after seeing how badly my daughter was struggling to breath he allowed me to sit in a corner of his room and give her a breathing treatment right then because I live an hour away and theres no way she was making it that mich longer after the 4 hours we spent trying to get all the scripts filled! I am BEYOND grateful for this man who I didnt get uis name but he has made a lifetime customer out of me I'll NEVER go anywhere else for prescriptions! Absolutely the best customer service amd just genuine kind person.

This store is the epitome of excellent customer service! I walked in feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what I needed and left feeling confident I was going to be able to help both of my loved ones who were in need of care! Great prices as well. True mom and pop shop that is hard to come by these days. Thank you for all that you do every day!

I love this place. The guy that is always working when I’ve went in has always went above and beyond. My family travels from out of state for surgeries with our son, so we have a lot of wound care needs. This place has a great selection!

They were so accommodating and helpful! Even after I purchased the device, which he allowed me to do quickly over the phone and pick it up outside, I called for help. He was patient and helpful walking me through exactly how to use it! I highly recommend this place!

Got hurt and needed a shoulder immobilizer. A friend refered me to the Gardens Medical Supplies. Good customer service is essential when you are not well. Here, I received superb customer service, professional advice and expedited delivery. Hopefully I won't need to, but I would use them for all medical needs and can't resist to keep referring friends to them. Gardens, keep up the great work.
