T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

My girlfriend and I had the privilege of being served by the assistant manager, Donald last night. He was the only person on staff and he did a great job dealing with each customer and tending to their needs. Anybody that leaves anything less than a 5 star review and has any type of complaint, it's only because they felt entitled to be served before everybody else, they had no patience, and they're not understanding of current staffing issues due to a new store that needs help getting on their feet. I highly recommend getting served here

Bought a new phone, went twice trying to decide what I wanted. The guys were helpful but not pushy. Transfered all my contents from my old phone for me, making the whole process very easy. Thank you guys, especially Gio for setting up my phone..

This crew worked hard to make sure my switch from Verizon to T-Mobile went as smooth as possible. The process took a while because I had a lot of numbers to bring over and phones to set up, but they got it done.

Great experience! Switched providers Connor helped my fiancé and I switch from 2 separate providers. We had no idea how to do it and he helped us get through it in a breeze. We got new phones and had 100 questions and he answered everything and was extremely understanding and patient with us. Most cellphone stores are frustrating and make me feel stupid for not knowing things or they try to act like car salesman not here! After working with Connor we knew we were making the right choice switching and we left feeling very happy about our new phones and service! We even witnessed a very confused old lady and she received nothing but kindness and patience. I won’t go anywhere else for my in store needs!

I would like to specifically thank Store Manager, Noah, who, over the past month has tolerated my many visits with complete poise and grace. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, persistently calm and does everything in his power to help the customer; whether it's a stupid question or a labyrinth of technical mania. He presents an air of authority while also seeming like "the boy next door." In addition, new hire, David, assisted me yesterday with infinite patience and grace. Despite what seemed to all of us, a long and tedious process getting my new phone set up, he apologized repeatedly for delays. He treated me with respect although I was not bringing anything but aggravation to this store (Westerly, RI). Yes, I was "the customer", but I purchased my new phone on line and I don't believe they had any obligation to help me, let alone commit half a work day to my project. You have a couple of real gems here. Don't let them go; reward them ; they are truly incomparable. Thank you, Noah and Dave, for making a technical nightmare fun, for treating me so kindly and for resolving my issues. You are both amazing.

I literally can’t say enough positive things about my experiences in this location, wholly driven by the extraordinarily superior customer service I received each and every time by both Ray and Josiah. Both of these guys are friendly, take their jobs seriously, and are exceptionally knowledgeable in their work. They work together in such an amazing way that you leave feeling not only cared for, but happy for such a positive experience. They literally made upgrading fun!
I have to call out both these guys for remembering me and what I was looking for, but also going way above and beyond in assisting me through the setup process and for following up the next day to assure everything was in order. They worked magic over the New Years holiday to get me the device I wanted in one day. Amazing.

Had a really amazing experience yesterday at this location! I was assisted by Ryan when I went in to purchase a phone. The transaction was seamless and he was able to answer my questions with ease! Along with Ryan, Ray was there to chime in and assist in the purchasing process. Really amazing guys and VERY helpful. I would recommend visiting the location with these folks are working to get excellent customer experience!

Had to get a new phone for my sister as I was visiting the area. It was almost closing time, so I called them and they waited for me to arrive, which shows amazing customer service. The manager of the store made sure I was not hurried and the employee told me about different plans and services they provide in detail. I believe the store is new in the area, however, they exceeded my expectations. Will highly recommend others to go.
